I have a question. I see on the site I'm looking at this is an automatic 808 version of the ego... so other than the large carto and the auto batt what differences are you guys noticing between the way it performs as compared to the ego?

You see we're on a tight budget so I have to choose my upgrade carefully. I'll be stuck with it for awhile (though it doesn't sound like I'd hurt TOO much either way).

ETA I also already have a 510 so my parts are compatible with the regular ego.

I think the 4.2 volt 1300 mah automatic battery is much better than a manual, you don't need any primer puffs, you can drag on it like you did a cigarette, the battery charge holds for 18 hours of steady vaping. The 3ml carto can be refilled up to 100 times with absolutely no leaking, no burnt carto filler, wicks very good with no dry hits and lasts me 12 plus hours of steady vaping. So I would say it was more than just a big battery with a big carto. As far as I'm concerned it is much better than the ego besides the things mentioned, it produces more vapor with better flavor. I've had lots of egos with different attys, cartos, tanks and none produced as good as the Echo. It will be the best 50.00 you ever spent.

I've been looking to upgrade my Joye 510 to something that requires less fuss and the Echo seems perfect!! I've been hesitant about the big batteries, but with all of the other features (holds 3 ml and auto) I couldn't resist. I ordered a kit with a 650 and 1300 from Cropduster901.com yesterday. Can't wait for it to get here!! :vapor:

You made a good choice Colts fan. It is an amazing PV. I think that is a good choice getting one of each size. There are certain times when I prefer a smaller battery.

Thanks guys for sharing your experience. I heard about this one awhile ago but I kind blew it off not being sure what its compatibilities were going to be.

I did too but was given some misinformation regarding them and didn't order one but I'm glad my curiosity got the best of me and ordered one anyway because it is very good. You can't go wrong ordering one and the price can't be beat at 50.00 for a 1300 kit.
Cropduster is a very good supplier and Tony is always available if you call and ask him questions.

That's what information I was looking for the heart of how it hits... well it looks like the ego plan is derailed. I'm going to have to cut my flavor testing back for awhile to get ahold of one of these. Hubby would be in heaven with that big battery. The 510 Xls are only what was it 250mah? I think that's right.

ShannonA, if you and your other half want to try one, let me know and we can meet up somewhere and you can try my gogo and igo (same as echo-v).

Wow I didn't even realize there was another forum member in town that's so awesome!

Ok back on topic. I'll have to ask him we have really weird schedules right now. We're pretty much working in one form or another if we are awake...lol

The offer is certainly appreciated whether we take you up on it or not.

The iGo is very similar except for the awesome auto battery on the Echo. I am a big Go-Go fan but I am liking the Echo better. Those words were hard to come out. lol I only got one out of curiosity of the big auto battery and didn't expect it to be as good as the Go-Go but not only do I really like the battery I think the flavor is better on the Echo similarly I preferred the flavor on the 901 attys over the 510 attys when I first started vaping.

I need another pv about like I need a hole in my head.My go to when I'm home is the Maxi-RS with a Trustfire 18650 batt 2400mah that last for days,I have a map tank on it now that holds around 5mils.I got a gogo that I don't even use that much along with a 3.7 volt box mod with Ultrafire 14500 batts 900mah.I'm sure the echo is sweet but If I keep buying at this rate one of you will have to feed me.....

I have found that what I prefer depends on the juice I am vaping. Some juices I can slow the draw down on the gogo and like it better, as I get a much better throat hit when it doesnt draw so fast. some juices I prefer the igo. but I do like the battery on the gogo better as it will stand up on end better without falling. Whats funny is that with both of them having a tip in them, they are within 1/16 of an inch of being the same height, but the gogo is just a bit fatter and feels better in my hand, I am 6'1 and have fairly big hands so it just seems to feel better with the larger diameter. But in general I get more throat hit from the igo. they are both nice vaping units, and both have thier plus's and minus's. But for value they are both hard to beat, I really like the ego-t hit quality a little better- but it needs more flavor to compete and cant handle the leaking when the tanks get low. I have another ego-t on the way, and can then have what I want when I want, as I will have the ego-t the igo and gogo to vape the day away, and also the omega to try new juices on.

Cropduster is a very good supplier and Tony is always available if you call and ask him questions.

I called the number on his site Sunday morning to see if they could sell me a kit with mixed battery sizes. They answered right away and had no problem with selling me a kit with 1 650 and 1 1300 battery. After ordering I had a tracking number in less than an hour!!! All this on a Sunday! I am thrilled with the CS at cropduster!

Oh no! Just when I'm experiencing a lack/loss of flavor in vaping my juices! Is the Echo a LOT better in flavor or just tinsy over the gogo? As much as I admire your collection of pvs, I had hoped to never go there. lol I just don't know what's going on with flavor, new cartos or old cartos, cleaned or reg or LR, I just can't seem to taste the juice like I did a couple of weeks ago.

I started reading this site in February and even as a newbie I can see so many enhancements seemed to have happend so quickly. Do I try this Echo or wait another month for the next best thing?? or get more juice? decisions, decisions. lol :)

I'm not really a flavor connoisseur but the flavor is better for me. I really like the automatic battery on the Echo too. I didn't think they would come out with a PV that I would like better than the Go-Go but who knows what will be out next. I'm sure Joye will be coming out with something to compete with the big horiz coil cartos soon.

I am not sure I would chase flavor - there may be a little difference but not sure it's enough to change kits for it. Like txtumbleweed, I was interested in trying the auto battery and I also got the smaller version because I wanted something easier to carry out and about. I would still be using the GoGo as my home vaper but I bought the Provari because it was calling my name...."jp.....buy me.....jp......buy me....." With that unit, I have my at home vape and the Echo for out and about. As much as I love the Echo, the GoGo is still a great unit.
