Has anyone ever ordered from Hi-Tec Vapor in Phoenix, AZ before? I am curious if anyone has any positive or negative reviews? Cant find much about them out there.

Anyone ever order from Hi-Tec vapor before in Phoenix Arizona? Russian 91% in stock but now nothing? and no replies?

Wondering the same thing;I see they are doing a Russian 91% preorder and am interested but the specifics are less than desired.
A few days ago i noticed they had 20 Russian 91% in stock, I even sent them a message asking were these IN STOCK or a pre order, they said in stock. I placed a order. Well i got my tracking yesterday for it and its on its way! So i guess they were in stock.
I checked stock yesterday on them, and it said IN-STOCK PRE ORDER.. So i guess they sold out on what they had when i ordered one a few days ago.
I was a bit worried simply because NOBODY in the U.S. had any in stock, let alone a Pre-Order that was still open and yet these guys had them in stock? Well i guess they came thru! and i got lucky! ( i guess it pays to cruise the net for stuff at 4am, lol )
I will post back once i receive it to confirm everything went good!
