I have a nimbus with adjustable airflow, all I have to do is change the tape and punch a new hole in it  the lesson was, it is really easy to go a little bigger later but next to impossible to reduce the hole without adding an eyesore. So drill slow and deliberate good luck

I'm laughing with you, I swear!
I recently drilled out a fasttech cheapo clone to the tune of 3/32" x2. I should have stopped at 1/16. While it hits well, it's just a little too airy for my taste.

Lesson learned. It's sort of like measuring once, cutting 3 times and it's still too short...

Those are some super coils! I'll give #5 a shot when I get the Igo W.

Are you finding a difference wrapping around the post vs. using the drilled post holes? I notice in different builds you are using different methods.

Thanks for the above and beyond.

I prefer catching wire under screw head. Makes a very secure connection. There is no seat in through post hole terminal; if over tighten it will cut coil cable.

#5 was made from one piece of cable which I prefer.

I have single hole toppers that I like stock. IGO-L, IGO-F, AGT, etc. Good clean jet orifice can only help laminar flow.

I have drilled just about every dual coil cap. Haven't found a good way to de-burr inside cap; any ideas? I'm thinking of using my 1/4" die grinder but it's kinda mean. Don't have a dremel.

Riffler Files I use these.

running a xl nimbus clone with dual 1/8th air holes here, mouth hits are not particularly enjoyable but lung hits are what it's for anyways.

anyone have experience with multiple airholes rather than just two big ones? or would the amount of air end up just being the same?

I've wondered that myself as it would make sense with dual coils wouldn't it? I watched a vid that one of well known youtube guys put out re airflow where he shows the difference between low and high airflow with the same build. He points out that without enough airflow there is no point in wrapping a coil sub ohm, maybe even no point in wrapping one below 1.5 unless you have enough air. I wonder if that holds true for dual coils, I mean does it make a difference if you have 1 or 2 coils if you only have 1 air intake hole.

Got the Igo W yesterday but didn't have time to play until this afternoon. Wrapped a few coils, wicked it up, found a widebore drip tip and off I went. It's a keeper for the money all in all, decent vapor, not sure about flavor yet as I've only been using it a little bit.

What I can say without a doubt is dang this thing is a whistle monster! Never heard anything like it...hit it for a while and had every dog in the neighborhood outside my office. Something to keep in mind before one drills massive holes in their RDAs ;).
