ive been looking into extracting my own vanilla in either vodka or bourbon...i drink a lot of vodka and itd do me good to use a bottle for other purposes ._. wondering if anyone actually does it :O

Ive really only extracted teas into vg. and theyre so good i occasionally just drip it on to my tongue ._. vaping is just as good xD

i do no nic now so theres no worry for it :O maybe caffeine buzzes is about it.

It's been done a number of times over my years on the ECF mixing sub. I don't ever remember someone doing it reporting that they continue to do it after the first time though.

Vanilla beans are full of fats and sugars which the vanillian is attached to. So the flavor of vanilla is attached to those large molecules that clog wicks and gunk coils. Just like most fruits. So folks get weak flavoring and gunked coils and call it off. I'd say someone tries this every 6 months or so.

The flavor attached to the oils of tea and coffee are not as bad, so there is quite a bit more success with those. (no sugars, just fats)
