I ordered a 401 kit from litecigusa I had used one before for my first kit from Smoke Relief but returned it because well you know how those free trials are. But my dad liked it so I was getting him one but this one from litecig which I was happy to get cause it came with 2 batteries and attys vs 1 from everywhere else produces little to no vapor. I know I did not get 2 bad attys so I am just wondering did I get lucky with my first one that produced good vapor or is this one from litecig possibly a cheapo POS. It is lighter than the first one I had but it is a manual also and my first from Smoke Relief was an auto.

litecig carries only genuine Smoore products, including the M401 so it's not an offbrand which might be POS.

The vapor produced by a 401 won't be as much as a 510 but the 401 vapor is thicker in the sense that it's more concentrated and not as airy. The tastiness you get from the 401 should be far better than a 510's.

Have your tried dipping to see if you note any difference? Pull off the cart and dip the bridge of the now exposed atomizer into some liquid, or drip the liquid onto the atty tip--about 2 should do. Replace the cart and vape.

If you're still having problems, the problems might be either the battery has not been charged long enough or the battery is defective. Not probable, but still posssible.

Shawn's a respected vendor so you don't have to worry about anything shady from his side, just to put your mind at ease.

Good luck.

My husband's first pv was the M401. He got it at the same time I got my 510. We now share 510 batts/attys, because he thought the 510 produced much better vapor. I agree, but as a previous post stated, the flavors were superior on the 401.

The auto batts never worked as well for producing vapor as the manuals did.
