Anyone had trouble with Volt X2 battery?

New and not sure if I'm posting this right (first post) I got my Volt X2 and was sooo excited. Plugged it in and it turned blue but wouldn't charge and couldn't use it with pass through. Got a replacement but they sent me a manual instead of auto like I ordered. Plugged it in and light wouldn't even come on. Wiggled the cord and the light would flicker. It has a bad connection. I also ordered the clearo and went ahead and filled it and put it on my regular battery. Loved it at first but believe they need to redesign it. The wicks are at the top so when the liquid gets down a little you get the burnt taste. Maybe should've put wicks at bottem? Or even better top, middle, and bottom. Anyway just wondering if anyone else has had problems. Most the reviews I read have been good. Thought I just got a bad one but 2?

I'm new to this whole thing, got a Volt X2 with a clearo and since I've never used one (first ecigarette was a week ago), I don't sip it like a straw anyway, I'm holding it like a cigar and I read about keeping the wick wet, so I every so often roll it between my fingers to keep everything moist. I've been using it now for 2 days, and I just keep topping it off when it gets 1/2 way down.... Not sure if that's proper method, but haven't had any problems with the battery or any burnt taste.

Did you keep the same charger when you got the replacement battery? Maybe that is what is bad, not the battery. I'm not very good with the technical stuff though so ???

I agree. Might check the charger to see if it is the problem. I have two of the X2 1300 manuals and I absolutely love them. SI has fantastic customer service. You might call them about doing a complete exchange for the hardware you have.

As for the clearos, you definitely want to hold it like a cigar to help keep the wick in the juice. I usually don't get any burnt flavor until I'm down to about 0.4 mL. You also might consider washing them out after every two or three fills. Just rinse with warm/hot water and let air dry for an hour or two.

Just checked my email and not real happy. I got a pretty fast response when I emailed about my first dud. They sent a new one to me...which was not the one I ordered originally. I ordered a auto and they sent me a manual for the replacement. It has a bad connection...uggg...sent an email about that one and didn't even get a response I had to email them again. Finally got a response today and they said they were sorry but should be getting a new batch in that takes care of these problems. Told me I need to send back the battery and I can get a replacement from the batch they have now or wait on the new batch but it will be two weeks or so. Very frustrated that I had good faith in placing an order and getting something that works that I paid for. Now I have to pay to send their defective battery back and take the time to do it. I have sent soooo many people to them for business because I like the product. Now wondering?????

I just got my X2 manual yesterday (900 mah). It vapes great currently, however, I have noticed that the light at the end of the batter does not light up while vaping. The description on the website says that manuals have "button lit LEDs," which to me means that the led would light up while the button is depressed. I'm not sure I understand that correctly, but in any event, the battery does exactly what it is supposed to (for now at least).

Joltin Joe I believe the manuals don't light up at the bottom when you vape just the button you push turns orange. The automatics turn blue on the end. I'm glad yours is working ok. I know a lot of people have had good luck that's why I purchased one. Hope they work the kinks out.

Thanks that makes sense. It's just a little unclear from the description on the website. I assumed mine was ok since it has been vaping great for the last 48 hours.
