OK - I personally know Smokeless Image stands behind their products . . . Hey "My" New X2 1300 Battery LED Blue Light would not go off when charging after 24 hours . . . And while that did not stop me from being able to use it, Smokeless Image left it up to me to keep or return it for a replacement . . . I decided to return the battery - rather be safe to know it was fully charged than sorry and have something happen - they immediately sent out a NEW one . . . SO, I hope you and "Imagine" or one of their many other great reps will get back to you about this . . .

OH BTW: Just a Question for you - When You are using the battery do you use it as a "Pass-thu" and still have it "Plugged" in or like a "Fat Battery" and replace the cap . . . Because if you are using the battery with the cap on you will not see any led light up - which is great when you are trying to "STEALTH" vape . . . :D

As an additional note: IMO - There is another really Great Vendor "Badkolo" (aka "Bad") of GotVapes - who also sells the eGo Version of the Clearomizers - he has done a really good video on the "priming", use, and care for these that You and "Everyone" else may want to just check out too . . . Just a Thought . . . :D

Did you ever get a response. I emailed twice with no response.

I talked to SI on their website's Customer Chat. Coffeequeen was right. The manual X2's only have the push button LED and do NOT light up at the end of the battery unless it is charging.

On a side note, my X2 has been working great since I got it. I guess you just have to make sure that you don't get a lemon (although I'm sure SI will take care of you if you are unlucky enough to find yourself in that position)

Sorry johfaceman havn't been able to get on here for awhile...I did get a response and they want me to send the deffective battery back. They said I could get another one or wait on the new batch. I placed an order and asked if they could send me a postage paid envelope with that order so I could return it. When I got the order they wrote a note and said they couldn't do that. Feeling really frustrated and let down. It does suck because I love the eliquid they have and have tried many others from different places and they were horrible. I'm new to all this ecig stuff and thought I found the go to company for all my needs. I have spent alot of money at SI and have refered alot of friends and family to them. I just keep having problems. I have been smoke free since Jan 11th and just want a simple battery, juice and supplies. Don't want to keep trying different company's and spend money on stuff I don't like. I just want to have my go to place that has all the stuff I love, which is SI but not have the problems. Getting frustrated and don't want that to be a good excuse to go back to analogs. Really fighting that temptation right now. :(

I do not doubt you at all - however, from "My" personal experience with Smokeless Image Customer Service, I find that very unusual . . . Might I suggest you contact either "Imagine" or "C00KI3M0NST3R" of Smokeless Image in their Sub-forum here on ECF - Here is a link: Smokeless Image

AND - There is also the "Ask Imagine Thread" where you can tell her what happened and ask for her assistance - She runs the thread and is Our  . . . Also, I know she replies to people ASAP: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/smokeless-image/269723-ask-imagine-thread.html

I know once you contact them and if it is possible - I am sure that something can and will be worked out for you . . . :D

(PM - Also Sent to You)
