I've had my new joye for a little over 24 hours now.

Been working great. One of my batterys went dead after using it for a few hours so I put it in the charger.

It was in the an hour or so until the light tuned green. I took it out, hooked it up. and it just flashes and no vapor.

Put it back in the charger, and the light remains green.

I have my other battery in the charger now, and it appears to be charging fine with a red light.

Is this something that is either fixable, or something that happens often?

You asked: "Is this something that is either fixable, or something that happens often?"

Neither. That is, unless you have a lot more electronics fiddling ability than I, that defective battery is not fixable. It happens occassionally, but not often.

Contact your supplier and ask for a replacement.
