I placed an order with them on the 15th and never got a confirmation e-mail. I'm starting to think that this is one guy working out of his garage.
Anyone have problems with this company.

actually i think it's his living room. though both my orders recieved prompt confirmation emails. id try using the support on his website. i got a response next day

And don't hate.. Dell and Apple both started in garages. Though I only keep packing material and empty Nebula boxes in my garage, the liquids and so forth are in the air conditioned office. Sha-bam.
We now that delivery confirmation is worthless. It was addressed correctly but delivered to the wrong address. For some reason the person it was delivered to held it a week before bringing it over. I wasn't there when it was, so I don't know why.
But you'd think that reading addresses correctly would be a major qualification to be a letter carrier.
What sucks is that I bought a couple of cartons to get me through the xmas weekend. I'll probably save using the e-cigs for my upcoming travel.
YouTube guys started in the basement.

No problems here. I've ordered from Ben many times. He is responsive, reliable, and ships great products fast. It is always a pleasure dealing with him.
Nothing wrong with a garage based business, like Microsoft, Apple, Youtube, and pretty much all other big time dot com business's .... they certainly were not started in big plush offices. You gotta start somewhere, and you know working from home is where it's at!

Order showed up in 3 days in time for Christmas. He responded to my email within a couple hours. Wish vg was available to order, though so I couldve saved a buck on shipping
Ben is one of the only suppliers I can fully trust enough to recommend him to my closest friends. The nebula isn't my main vape as of now but it has been my trusty backup since October and never failed me once. This company will always be at the top of the list because it was my first device and it allowed to quit analogs cold turkey with ease.
Ben is a solid guy, maybe you should consider other things (such as mail being delivered to the wrong address, it happens, get over it) before you go throwing crap on this forum.
