Is anyone having problems with bombayvaping?

Check their website now. It appears the owners got control of it again and changed the home page paragraph to explain what happened. Long story short: They got hacked but are back and getting out the backlogged orders. I mentioned the order I made earlier. I canceled the charges but I received a package from them a few days ago. I emailed their new address but haven't got a reply yet.

im in the same boat. i order my juice exclusively from them and am running painfully low. seems they have it squared away though. waiting game now.thanks to the person who started this thread i knew ecf would be the place to get the skinny on the situation.

Just an update: I have still not received my order from the beginning of August. I wrote them about it a couple weeks ago when I saw the site was back up. Tonight I get an email saying the it had fallen into some expired orders category and they were sorry and I could order again and it would be shipped out within a week. Now I did't diligently search the bank statement for a refund on this small order but I'm pretty sure I never received one. Also, the grammar in the email was sketchy and not similar to what I recall from previous emails from Sayer so maybe they are still compomised. Either way, I think it's time to part ways with this company for me. Hopefully that can make good on my small order that I made months ago

Received tracking last night so now it's almost finally over with. On one hand I'm hoping the wait was worth it yet even if I enjoy it, will I ever order again? Most prolly no.

my patience has run out. ordered over a month ago, charged my card 3 weeks ago, no working email. no working phone #. i think its time to reverse the charges and find another juice company.
too bad i love the juice from these folks.

I received my 5 bottles.. I might actually toss them... Found each and everyone of them to be PUTRID..
RY4 with extra flavor might have a chance after a week or 2.. It was ultra nutty and BLA.. My fault for ordering extra flavor? Took a chance..
RY5 was much much better but I just couldn't vape it for more then an hour before tossing it..
Blackberry ice.. THought it was just blackberry but my mistake-- Tastes like HALLS cough drops.. tossed immediately.. .
RED bull which was called BLUE BULL.. Haven't tried.. Not sure if I'm going to.
Overall I wasted 30 dollars and Learned a good lesson..
These are just my opinions.. I've had bottles Which I've hated in the past so I'm gonna give it a week or 2 and then decide for sure.. Never again will I buy from them after waiting over a month for delivery..

don't throw liquids out! you can probably trade or sell them. just because you don't like them doesn't mean everyone would hate it

It is unfortunate that bombay is going through this. I hope they get things right again. They were my very first juice order a year ago when I left v2. I remember ordering about 6 samples and liked all but one. Redbull was one of them and I was shocked at how real it tasted... I'm a redbull nutcase! =) I would still order from them again but I think I would wait awhile until all is cleared.

ANd this is the reason I don't sell.. I have absolutely no problem mailing this to people BUT... My bud is waiting on me sending him a bottle of black and mild (that is by far the most disgusting thing I've ever vaped) and some thors.. Been waiting 2 months.. I'm really horrible getting myself to the post office. BUT I'm making a note in my head for you just in case

just got my shipping notification from bombay. im glad i gave it a few more days before i reversed the charges. this whole ordeal sucked. i dont mind waiting forever for a mod , but juice?

i hope everyone else has good luck with there orders. its the only place you can order zens private stash, and though i am not a rabid fanboy of zens devices (even though i have 2) his juice is the best i have ever vaped.

Ok so a week later. I've grown to love the ry4 and absolutely love the blue bull.
My review was too soon for sure and I'm gonna edit it out. I've left everything open and shake twice a day. If they gained the trust back from community I'd think about buying another ry4

finally got my order from ages ago...one Bombay juice and 2 Zen Private stash... all of them tasted odd...some kind of smoky aftertaste...nto sweet at all...lacking in flavor...i will let them steep a bit and try again...i dunno...they smell GREAT in the bottle...but the vape is less than flavorful
