Anyone having shipping problems with the new V4L site?

I've been trying to place an order for the last few days but every time I try to continue it says my shipping cannot be displayed. Anyone else having this problem? I need my Cool carts & juice......I submitted an email but haven't heard back and tried live support but no response.

You should be hearing from them real soon. Nobody is in the office on the weekend. It's now Monday morning, so I'm sure they will get back to you ASAP.

one of the problems i saw on fb is people are trying to choose a shipping method with free shipping ...cant do that .
if its free ,you dont choose it .

I still haven't received a notice from them after sending them an email, or clicking on live support. I was going to call but I gotta try staying up til 2am. I'm surprised after 5 days that I haven't gotten a response from them. Even logging in on the site and checking my previous order history shows nothing. I just think the new site doesn't recognize my shipping address when the old site didn't give me a problem.
