Anyone Hear of Meltrex Lately?

Hi Folks,

I haven't posted in a while.

I purchased 1 starter kit from Meltrex sometime ago. Now both batteries died.
I contacted him by email 9/3/08. He said he'd send me replacements. However, I haven't heard from him since.
I suspect he is leaving the business and I'm going to get stuck.

Does anyone know if he is still around?

PS Three of my units are from njoy and I continue to believe their combination of quality and service is a Best buy!

This message is on Meltrex's website at the moment, I think it's likely the reason he's not been around for a while.

I have been away due to my father passing away unexpectedly. I'm very sorry for any inconveniences this may have caused. I will be answering all emails within the next few days and issuing full refunds to all pending orders that have been placed this past week. Current customers that are in need of replacements will be taken care of as soon as I possibly can. Please bare with me and understand my current situation. Thank you for your understanding.
