I have been trying to get hold of njoy for the past 4 days, calling everyday and leaving messges, e-mails, etc about my atomizer dying last sunday after about two weeks of use.
Well today, Mark finally answered the phone and I spoke to him, he promised he would send out the new Atomizer to me and then being the business owner that I am, I made the comment to him that he may want to look at hiring somebody to help him if he is so busy to be able to answer all his calls and e-mails. I told him that when he first started out that folks really appreciated the service end of his product, but here lately his sevice has really went down hill and folks were no appreciating the terrible supprt they were receiving on his product. He said that they had just hired someone new and he just hasn't had time to even look at reviews, etc. on his product. I made him aware of this forum and told him that he may want to take time and look and what folks have to say about their product. I told him that if he doesn't keep upi with the quality o support that he had in the past, he will start to loose people, even if he starts dealing with selling to major retailers.
He took my comments to heart and said he would start making time to chek the forums. I hope that he does and he does something about the current problems he is having.
