I tried both my new juices last night in the trident, bloody lovely both of em. Ian you like blackcurrant, (sorry burnie:D) you should try the black magic from LT it is absolutely lovely mate. The orange is nice as well.

I finished the last of the grapefruit last night, so today i gave my kraken a good clean (don`t even go there mate:D) dry burned the rope and coil, filled her up with black magic yummee

Hi all, I've been vaping since last Friday on a 11000mah battery and a mini Protank 2 and am hooked.
Been doing some research and discovered this place.
More research and I wanted a home VV/VW device and really liked the look of Innokin Itaste 134 and the cheapest place was Fasttech so ordered it tonight, £67 which is an amazing price and am factoring in 2 weeks delivery. It's the kit but without battery and charger.
Any advice where to get a good battery and charger as wasn't sure what to bundle it with from Fasttech.

Anyway. Hi, I'm from Newcastle upon Tyne.

i have tried it with silica it looks good as well i think the wicks might be a bit to long for cotton but then again i will maybe give it a try next time this 1 came out at 1.9 ohms not bad i think

Spot on mate, should be fine with that :) The only thing i didn`t like about nova`s was the bloody gurgling. that is why i think it will perform better with cotton. Anyway see how you go on with it. And no ron you can make cotton wicks as long as you need to mate.

thats good to know as i am still a novice at rebuilding but things are moving along nicely and i always remember the safety factor of checking my coils before fitting on a battery

Thanks for that Burnie, I've heard it's pretty straight forward to go a coffee extract. I'll have to persuade the Missus to get some decent coffee first, we generally just use a basic instant coffee most of the time. I'll have to do some sweet talking

   NOT INSTANT, that's NOT COFFEE

I don't know if you have it over there, but I use "Gevalia French Roast". Not bitter but it is strong. To maseritate it I take a couple of ounces and cover it good with PG in a glass pint jar, about 1/2 inch over the top. Then every day or two I shake and mix it, for about a month, give or take. That gives me about a years supply as I only use it at 5%. If I wanted a straight coffee I would go 15% to 20%. To filter I strain through a coffee filter (takes a day or two), then take a cotton ball and put it in my 25ml syringe, pour it in and filter it again through the cotton. Still ends up dark, but at the low % added to my tobacco it does not darken the juice much.

I like good coffee. I have a Keurig brewer, and the K-Cups are not cheap, but it makes a really good cup of coffee. :D

Every single person on this forum had to start at the begining ron. Its good that you are confident enough to do it, as there are plenty of people who won`t even try. Add to that the money you will save, and it`s brilliant. Just wait till you get your mechs, and the fogger etc you will be blown away mate.

The ego`s etc will end up as your back up`s, as you will see a massive difference in performance using a mech.

i will have a play with them i am sure i will get them all going i put my spare coil with cotton wick in the white one today and filled it up with peach and sat in a cloud lovely and i thought of you all on here while i enjoyed myself :p

Great stuff mate. The other Evods I got have all got cotton wicks in them. So much better flavour than silica. I've heard that you can actually sand the colour off the tanks and take them back to metal, but I've never tried it myself.

How long do you reckon the rope will last for Terry. I think it will last for months, there's no sign of unravelling or discolouration on mine yet.

So you been cleaning your kraken then - don't worry, I won't even go there

That's the ones Terry.
Thanks for the heads up, will have a look. I'm hoping I have 2weeks wait, at the most!! Haha

That's very optimistic Jason. More like 4-5 weeks knowing fasttech

Seriously though, they've only just come back from the Chinese New Year holiday, so that will probably add a bit of time to the delivery. The worst part is once the order is posted, most postal services from there are really ssssssllllooooowww. You've got plenty of stalking the tracking site to come

Sorry to shock you mate

We do have a coffee maker somewhere in the back of a cupboard. Must admit, I do like stronger coffee as a treat, the ones with high Arabica bean content. In fact, I can problem pinch some decent ground beans from my Sister - she grinds her own coffee quite a lot, I'll have to pay her a visit.

Sounds pretty easy to do an extraction, thanks for the tips

Almost Exactly the same, just a different product. I don't use any ready to smoke tobacco products, no telling what they added. I use the natural tobacco leaf. I tear up the leafs into small pieces removing the stems so it soaks up the PG better. When ready to process (a month at least), different than coffee, I squeeze it in a potato ricer to get as much juice as possible out of the leaf, then coffee filter, then cotton ball.

I got a 1/4 pound sample of Virginia Flue Cured from Leafonly (link below), and I haven't even used half of it, and I don't think I will need to make any more until next year sometime, a little goes a long way. I paid less than $10 shipped to me here in Florida, no idea if they will ship to GB.

So on to today's update :

Good and Bad news people.

The Good news, my order for the two custom Jwraps has now been shipped, so very soon my Vmod mini and the Vamo will have smart new outfits to wear - pictures once they arrive :)

The Bad news, the last of the AIV juices that I was really looking forward to dripping weren't as good as I thought. Saved the Zombie Apocalypse til last, but it's a bit too mild on flavour for me. I'll still vape it though, shame I had high hopes for that one. 6 out of the 8 juices are really good though, 2 are excellent and I'll get them again :D
