My first order was 6 days, second 7, third 7 .......not long :) Goes from Nebraska to Chicago then straight to the UK :)
They have a SR of Hummingbird right now too! :)

Yes i have just seen that, i very nearly just placed an order until i saw the shipping costs. The total for 30 ml of juice inc shipping is £19.36.
nearly $ 10.00 of that goes on shipping and handling. Hmm, will have to give it some more thought i think.

$15.75 for shipping/handling. Not too bad if you place a substantial order. Mine yesterday was just for 30ml of Humming bird, so yes, that did seem a bit mad.
I think that eventually, I'll settle on a few favourites with NT and can order just larger bottles all at once.

Virgin Vapor just scrapped their cheap shipping option - costs over $50 now for any size order! I have 5 items in the basket this afternoon until I saw the shipping, so I removed one sat a time hoping to see the original shipping cost show ..no! So I found what I wanted at VapeGreen uk and UKEcig: both give free shipping over £20!
Got a reply to my query with Virgin Vapor:
We have changed international shipping to FedEx only because it is the only way we can guarantee delivery. We know it is quite a bit more costly, but management decided that we needed to change this to protect our family of customers.
Our apologies for the inconvenience!!

Glad you got the refund Trisha, I wonder if anyone else has had problems with them.

There was one other on POTV where she is a registered vendor, I have kept him up to date and also messaged the forum admin

I'm a jack of all trades me mate  Bus driver, electrician, brick layer, plumber and weekend male escort

Got plenty of the first, get yer .... down here and fix my lighting circuit for the second, don't need the third, get me drains unblocked, and as for the last you do that for your missus

Yep, I've heard he can charm the birds out of the trees with his voice Ron. Only problem is they land upside down :laugh:

US orders are only worth it if you are getting a few bottles at a time, say about $40-50 worth

and Trish, those heads are the ones for the Nautilus Mini as well as the full size Nautilus, in my mind the Nautilus is too big and the mini too small, they should have brought out a 3ml one, the one I'm waiting for is an iClear one with a.airflow control

Well they certainly lost my order today. Shame because they're a nice bunch - but I managed to get what I wanted with the two UK ones!
I definitely won't pay over $50 for shipping on a relatively small package!

I found that when I tried the Velvet Cloud, I got less problems with it, and if I'm very careful with it, a lot less.
All max VG is not the same, and I'm finding some affect me more than others (one is around 20% PG)!
I'm pretty OK with CV's if I take care not to inhale too much, so with the addition of Velvet Cloud and Virgin Vapor, I may yet be able to carry on. CV's have the biggest number of my favourites! :)

I have to say, I've never almost given in for a cigarette because I wanted one, but I came close a few nights ago because I couldn't breathe with the e-liquid!
Once I realised I'd been using all one make of liquid that day, I was able to try alternating with VC, and now VV.

For me it was £45 as I'd already tried a couple and liked them, so ordered bigger bottles of those and a few more of the smaller ones to try. Bob's was no worthless sum either, but had it just been for something like one or two small bottles, I may not have done the Paypal claim. It was actually quite easy! :) Not sure how it goes if the seller has no funds to repay, but PP do guarantee payments, so

The irresistible bus driver! :2cool: ...something any Mum would be proud of :) I think our two are rather handsome too! :)

Not even sure why I wanted to get it ....I think it just jumped in the basket ...... ...yes, that's it!
Anyway, I'll have to see what the coils look like (it comes with a spare) 1.8ohm ...? hmm - that good?

Haven't a clue what they're re-branded from, but there's plenty of 'em.

By the way, I got the Nicoticket Band Camp apple pie yesterday ...got a nice new Unitank mini out to try it and the darn thing sheared off just above the threaded bit that screws onto the collar within a few minutes! Not the liquid though, so must have been a faulty one! :(

Anyway, the liquid itself is promising: two types of apple flavour are very realistic fresh apple, and there's pie crust ..touch of cinnamon I haven't found yet, but it's early days :) Think it'll be nice! Apparently, it's lovely with a bit of GCD or Frenilla ..or both added :)

Yep Paypal will pay you back directly then chase the vendor for the money afterwards. I know this cos I had a load of hassle over this when I used to be an "ebay powerseller" when I was self employed. After I closed my ebay account, they tried billing me for 2 extra months use, until I proved to them I had an e-mail confirming I had closed the account. Then I got loads of hassle from Paypal, claiming a customer's order didn't arrive, until I e-mailed them the link from RM to prove that the parcel had been signed as delivered by the customer  I was getting 4 or 5 phone calls per day from Paypal, pain in the bum they were

Watching the Commonwealth Games opening.

On the other hand, vaping is good. :)

I prefer vaping mate, got the ceremony on in the background, but not taking much notice to be honest :D

I've seen good reviews for blu moo and Bavarian cream Terry. I'd go for extra flavour shots though, I think they need an extra flavour boost mate.

Caramel Coffee, Graham Cracker & Morning Vape are nice, Coffee is a bit strong, and of course I like the Dulce de Leche, which you reckon you won't, I've had Bavarian Cream from VapeMate and that's lovely.

It`s such a shame that you are still having some issues trish, but just keep on with experimenting what works best for you and i`m sure you will get there. It would be awful if you had to go back to smoking again. How are you getting on with mixing your own ? any success with that ?

Serves them right they shouldn't force expensive shipping on anyone, they should at least give the option of a cheaper service, would think they will lose a lot of business.

Are you 100% sure it is the juice that is causing the problems, the reason I ask is that in another forum the other day someone was mentioning about breathing problems and it was silica that was causing it, which is the wicking material that all pre made coils have in them

Blocked drains is a job for the Wife, I don't do marigolds :p

This is a proper plumber job, marigolds is not enough, the main outlets need jetting or even replacing, think they are clogged up with limescale, and as per usual the firm employed by the council are useless.

The ones at FastTech? . ...I'll stick some in a basket then and see what I think of the Nautilus when it comes! :)

I don't much like the big tanks - the Unitank mini and mini Protank2 suit me fine.
I do have a few bigger ones: a couple of 30S and some X9's that Ian sent me, but I get a lot of gurgling and air with them ...got a couple of airflow control valve things coming though! :)

So, like many things, good in one aspect, not in another! I think a lot of people mistrusted buying on Ebay in particular until PP put the better buyer protection in place and Ebay tightened up a bit, but I do think they need to be fair with the sellers too.

Blocked drains is a job for the Wife, I don't do marigolds :p
 nor me either!!!

Interesting (and helpful too) to see them state that with max VG the flavouring is PG (as most are unless marked 100%) and also the nicotine base! I do know that CV's nicotine is a VG one! Perhaps why CV gives me less problems than Nicoticket for instance!

It`s such a shame that you are still having some issues trish, but just keep on with experimenting what works best for you and i`m sure you will get there. It would be awful if you had to go back to smoking again. How are you getting on with mixing your own ? any success with that ?
It really gets me down to be honest ..I'd be devastated if I failed with this! Taking drugs and using inhalers to carry on isn't an option I want if it's more than a few times per week. I thought I was getting worse, but I suspect it was what I was mostly using all day for a week.

Serves them right they shouldn't force expensive shipping on anyone, they should at least give the option of a cheaper service, would think they will lose a lot of business.
I did tell them that it would be nice to be given the option to take the risk of losing a package. It's a risk we knowingly take with a lot of suppliers, especially overseas. I think it was a rash move on their part - unless they want to alienate overseas sales.

Are you 100% sure it is the juice that is causing the problems, the reason I ask is that in another forum the other day someone was mentioning about breathing problems and it was silica that was causing it, which is the wicking material that all pre made coils have in them
To be honest, I've been giddy trying to work things out, because right from the start there's been something. Plus I also have the problem with concentration that has gradually happened since I stopped smoking! I've spent all my adult life smoking and everything I do has been in a body that is used to smoking cigarettes and all the junk they contain!

As for the actual breathing problems, my first problem was with Vanilla in V2 and GreenSmoke e-Cigs (cigarette size with pre filled cartridges), so I stopped using Vanilla cartridges. Then 6 weeks in, I started getting more problems with eczema on my face, sore mouth, bleeding gums, headaches and not being able to breathe properly ..all typical of being sensitive to PG! So I had to scrap all my small e-cigs/cartridges and change to Ego's and eSmarts with VG liquid. All fine for another two-three months and then some problems started again but just with breathing and a few flavours ..and that after I got more powerful batteries such as the Twist, Spinner and MVP's. Obviously, I was using and inhaling far more liquid ..I could see it going down faster the Unitanks/Protanks!
I've realised a few more things recently too: not all VG is equal, not all max VG is equal, and not all vendors us nicotine in VG, and some use more flavouring than others. So that's why I've bought some more 100% VG ones this past week.

If I need to start worrying what coils are made with I'll have to find a way to buy some decent VG cartridges such as Blucigs US ones (Johnsons Creek make the liquid for Blu US) ...can't cope with more puzzles and guessing, trying and discarding. Can't be bothered with filling empty cartridges either.
I do have two UK VG pre filled cartridge brands, but one is too high in nicotine for all day use (I got them to pop in my pocket when I'm out.)

You know what bob, you could be dead right about that. I remember reading something similar many moons ago, so obviously forgot about it. A very good point trish, and one worth taking into consideration.
