Make sure all your info is correct just as the bank has it and your other info. I went through that once and come to find out my bank had my name in Capitol letters so I did the same and it worked.

I've only ever seen them referred to as Zenith v2, with no 'Double Cross'. Is there some sort of difference or what's the deal with that? lol

That's because everyone just shortened the name. The first version was the Double Cross RDA V1.5.
