Definitely got a few cancellations Mann. About 20-25 right now. They're all the promised V2.5 models so I'm pretty sure they're going to move awfully quick when they come in. Refunds are getting much more difficult to do at this point. The merchant bank provider is NOT happy and just may cancel our account. We're forced to use alternate methods such as a paypal to complete the transactions. The IKV bank account is near to shot. Where I'm going to have to take a loan for the future refunds.

I am sorry this is happening to you (and to all us customers as well).

I'm not cancelling that's for sure! I hope everything goes well, and as a fellow business owner I can sympathize. Do you know where I can get any of those copper drip tips?

I'm still hanging around for the pre-sale. I am definitely not happy with the manufacturer on this buy. Isaac you have been great keeping us informed and the only reason I am not cancelling my order is because you have been absolutely fantastic with your customer service with us, and I would hate to take money out of your pocket.

Now the manufacturer on the other hand they have really screwed the pooch on this one. Their timelines have been so screwed up that this has put a sour taste in everbody's mouth. I think the e-cig manufacturers need to realize that they need to set realistic timelines and meet those deadlines or they will go out of business. The bad thing is that it will take a few cycles of them blowing their deadlines before people realize to not pre-order their product ever again. I personally am done with any pre-order of e-cig hardware. Almost all of my pre-orders have been delayed from 2 week to several months. I am not going to support an industry where they have my money, and do not meet their deadlines. They should use that pre-order money and purchase more time/equipment/manpower to make sure they meet their pre-order deadlines if they are overwhelmed instead of pushing back the deadlines over and over again.

Once again, Isaac, I can not say anything but good things about you. Hopefully you can get this resolved for your sake and get these orders fulfilled asap.

Oh man I love you guys.
I'm crossing my fingers here. We have a test batch of Platinums that just went into Cincinnati this morning. I called Customs border protection today. All I got from them was that they're evaluating the cost of the shipment and waiting to hear back from the supplier. I gave them all the info I have and contacted Carlo but since the time difference, I doubt he read the email yet. I'm with you guys on all of this being a Major PITA. We were promised end of April, then mid May, then the end of May etc Easier said, we were promised in 2 week intervals for shipping and now that they did ship, customs needs a dollar value?
Once we finally get them in, I'm not too keen on reordering again. There will be plenty v2.5s up on the site in all options however as for the driptips, They only offered us Brass when ordering, unless they added some extras for the hard time given, but I believe that circumstance would only be in a perfect world at least we got V2.5. If there are any extras, I'll be certain to let you guys know first.

I'm not going anywhere either, especially when they're so close. Ikenvape has been very professional through the whole thing and kept us informed what's going on, so can't ask for much more than that. Not happy with the maker and also won't do other preorders. I just hope to have a chance at the accessories one day.

You know the thing thats left a REALLY sour taste in my mouth? The fact that they had all this supposed trouble meeting their orders for v2, yet somehow in the midst of all this "machine failure" and supposedly being overwhelmed and "in over his head" they somehow had the time and money to develop and produce a NEW product with new accessories . Before they even met their obligation to deliver the PRIOR product, they were in fact actually developing new accessories. They just delay and delay and hold all of our money hostage while they're developing something new, likely using OUR money to fund that development.

They fulfilled all the other vendors who preordered, and left all of us with nothing, and they're just like "oh here's an updated version instead, we were already going to release this and we no longer have any v2 left so we're just going to have to give you this one that we were developing while at the same time having trouble fulfilling your order."

Goodness. They've treated our money with absolutely NO respect. None whatsoever. Treated us customers with no respect, and especially Isaac. While I am glad we are getting the v2.5, I'm absolutely APPALLED with this company. 3 months is an absolute eternity in the vape market. There's already been countless new atomizers in this time that I'm very interested in, many that are even better than the Zenith now. 1/4 of a year is just way too long in a fast paced industry like this.

Check my prior post if you really want to know how I feel about preorders in general. These mod makers need to start learning how to practice BUSINESS, instead of just learning how to machine metal. Btw Isaac, like I said in my last post, the only reason I haven't canceled is because you've been awesome and I didn't want to screw you over. I never imagined it was causing you that kind of trouble, which makes me even more glad I said that. No way would I want to cause you that trouble.

I actually think it is funny that I have received all of the pre orders that I made after beginning this one. I thought this would be the first one in from the sound of it in the beginning. Sounds like there may be more of a wait.

I am going to have to save my new XXIX for a little bit longer it appears.

Although I don't appreciate outright counterfeiting logos/signatures/insignias, the OG makers are themselves making the "cloners" that much more of a viable option. I can go on and on (though I won't) about why too many of these so-called high-end makers are themselves taking money out of their own pocket by being too concerned with quickly lining their pockets. It's just not a good long term strategy! Hell, I can take money from people and promise a great RDA -- just pay me and then I'll get it made. That is plain ol' preposterous!

I don't even blame customs. This problem is squarely the fault of the makers. If they sold stock as they had it, we would not be left without gear and without our money. And this is not Ikenvape's fault. They sell to retailers the same way. They are taking practically zero risk. The retailers and their customers are the big risk takers!

Not to mention in this industry as fast as it moves tomorrow the products of today will be old hat.

And unfortunately to get your hands on some of the newest coolest stuff you need to pre order. The cycle continues...

Not for me! If it's cool today, it ought to be cool 3 months from now when the hoopla dies down (like it has with the Zentih). My lesson has been learned!
