I totally agree with your sentiments Mr. Mann! After going through several pre-order debacles I've vowed to never give into it again. When I saw the Plume Veil pre-order go live awhile back I held off, waited until it was actually in stock, then bought one from kidney puncher and received it in 3 days. Meanwhile, the guys who actually pre-ordered the PV were sitting around with d.i.c.k. in hand for another month. This s.h.i.t. has gotten totally out of hand, and it won't stop until consumers refuse to front their hard earned cash for empty promises. Hopefully the community at-large wakes up to this idea, because it's absolutely ridiculous for us to continue giving small business loans left and right. You don't go down to Walmart to buy a toaster, pay for it, then receive it months later after having financed the production from halfway around the world. Unfortunately, there's a sucker born every minute...myself included.

The craziest thing is that Isaac as us is probably fuming at this point in time. I had the opportunity to purchase Zenith v2 month or so ago, but Customs communication is just poor. Empty promisses which then translate in Isaac providing us those as well (not his fault though). Like right now I have good friend selling me his authentic Zenith v2 for $90.00 he had 1 build in it, where I have over $140.00 with Isaac. Honestly as someone above mentioned there is better rda on the market then even V2.5, but I will give Isaac until mid next week to hopefully give us good news, if not I will be asking for refund myself. After all I can save myself $55+ and have the darn thing right away.

Sorry guys but lesson learned, will never pre-order another vape product again. Worst case scenario I can always buy a clone of a high demand rda or mod for that matter.

Thank you for everything Isaac and fingers crossed we'll hear some good news in next few days.

You know the thing thats left a REALLY sour taste in my mouth? The fact that they had all this supposed trouble meeting their orders for v2, yet somehow in the midst of all this "machine failure" and supposedly being overwhelmed and "in over his head" they somehow had the time and money to develop and produce a NEW product with new accessories . Before they even met their obligation to deliver the PRIOR product, they were in fact actually developing new accessories. They just delay and delay and hold all of our money hostage while they're developing something new, likely using OUR money to fund that development.

They fulfilled all the other vendors who preordered, and left all of us with nothing, and they're just like "oh here's an updated version instead, we were already going to release this and we no longer have any v2 left so we're just going to have to give you this one that we were developing while at the same time having trouble fulfilling your order."

Goodness. They've treated our money with absolutely NO respect. None whatsoever. Treated us customers with no respect, and especially Isaac. While I am glad we are getting the v2.5, I'm absolutely APPALLED with this company. 3 months is an absolute eternity in the vape market. There's already been countless new atomizers in this time that I'm very interested in, many that are even better than the Zenith now. 1/4 of a year is just way too long in a fast paced industry like this.

Check my prior post if you really want to know how I feel about preorders in general. These mod makers need to start learning how to practice BUSINESS, instead of just learning how to machine metal. Btw Isaac, like I said in my last post, the only reason I haven't canceled is because you've been awesome and I didn't want to screw you over. I never imagined it was causing you that kind of trouble, which makes me even more glad I said that. No way would I want to cause you that trouble.

Yes, them developing and producing a new product, while we have been waiting for our product to arrive is total BS. The big loser in this is Isaac. He has taken all the risk with being the middle man. He collected the pre-order, sent out the money, and is now refunding money (he doesn't have anymore because he sent it to the manufacterer) for the people that are tired of waiting. Isaac is doing the right thing and it is hurting his business like no tomorrow. The manufacterer is sitting there with the money with no risk.

Although I don't appreciate outright counterfeiting logos/signatures/insignias, the OG makers are themselves making the "cloners" that much more of a viable option. I can go on and on (though I won't) about why too many of these so-called high-end makers are themselves taking money out of their own pocket by being too concerned with quickly lining their pockets. It's just not a good long term strategy! Hell, I can take money from people and promise a great RDA -- just pay me and then I'll get it made. That is plain ol' preposterous!

I don't even blame customs. This problem is squarely the fault of the makers. If they sold stock as they had it, we would not be left without gear and without our money. And this is not Ikenvape's fault. They sell to retailers the same way. They are taking practically zero risk. The retailers and their customers are the big risk takers!

I 100% agree with you. The only person truely taking a risk in this transaction is Isaac. He is the middle man that the consumers are holding responsible for this delay. The manufacterer isn't refunding the consumer the money, the retailer is. And Isaac has been great through this whole process, to the point where if I pull out of this pre-order the person that is harmed is Isaac and no one else. I guess it is smart business practice on the manufacter's end to take on as low a risk as possible, but that is not good business. Car company's have cars ready for you to go to the dealers and pick up. Computer electronics set dates, and make sure their retailers have stock before they are sold (if they run out due to limited supply, oh well time to wait). Video game companies operate the same way as well. They have a release date and they make sure they have supply for it. Even if they sell out on the release date because they weren't able to manufacter enough discs, the consumers have a chance to receive it the same time they give the retailer money. The manufacterer should assume risk, but in the e-cig industry they assume very little risk compared to other industries. This has to change and the only way this will change is if the consumers don't take part in pre-orders all the time. But the endless cycle of wanting the newest greatest best thing will always draw people to the pre-orders.

As stated before the only reason why I am not pulling out of this pre-order is because Isaac is the only one that will be harmed by this transaction. CM already has their money, and the don't care if Isaac has to refund 25 unhappy people their money back. Isaac has handled communication to use with great integrity and honesty and I feel that he should not be punished for the manufacterers incompetence. Isaac has earned every penny of my money and I will support him even though I am not happy that I still have not received my atomizer yet.

You got it Voj, fuming is not the word here.
The good news is, that they got my message, gave Customs a ring and put in the dollar amount. Customs called me this morning and are releasing the package.

I have to say guys, a customer who was so agitated actually called Customs today and well, I don't know what exactly was said.
Please don't call Customs and Border protection demanding your preorder! That's just mind blowingly terrifying!

Wasn't me either, I'm pretty busy managing Bank, but I had thoughts of calling/contacting manufacturer and telling them to go ..... (you know where). Isaac, hopefully you'll get these bad boys in a couple of days.

Definitely got a few cancellations Mann. About 20-25 right now. They're all the promised V2.5 models so I'm pretty sure they're going to move awfully quick when they come in. Refunds are getting much more difficult to do at this point. The merchant bank provider is NOT happy and just may cancel our account. We're forced to use alternate methods such as a paypal to complete the transactions. The IKV bank account is near to shot. Where I'm going to have to take a loan for the future refunds.

sorry about that, buddy. you've earned my business and my trust. that's not an easy task for most. i'm in, for what that's worth. also still interested in those other colored AFC rings if/when you're ready. hopefully that can alleviate some of the sting for you. it's about all i can do right now.
