Anyone know of a battery tube for the e-power to let me use 18650 batteries?

I've been a happy owner of the original e-power 14560 for over a year. I've accumulated various parts over the year, I have tubes, a few switches (in fact I just ordered the new switch which has ego style threading instead of the proprietary e-power threading, even though I have no ego style components), some tanks, and a lot of batteries. Which I go through quickly, the 14650s seem to burn out within a few months - trustfire, ultrafire, IMR, all of em. I am getting sick of carrrying extra batteries around because they die so quick or I don't know if one will work (the LED just lights up but no vape - I swap to another tube or switch and sometimes starts working.

But to my point: Is there a battery tube I can buy that would fit an 18650, but then narrow down so I can still thread it onto my e-power switch? That way I could keep the switches I have now, but not have to carry extra batteries since an 18650 can have so much more mah than a 14650.

I'm considering just buying that ego epower for $20, but I don't like that the switch is integrated with the tube. I like being able to swap out the switch when it starts to go flaky. Or I see that classic epower 18650 which does have a separate switch. These are both at Tropical Vapors.

Yes, Tropical Vapors has the classic epower 18650 with separate tube and switch - but it uses a larger switch to accommodate the larger tube. I'm looking for a tube that narrows down so I can use the switch I have, which is 14650 size.

I actually went ahead and bought the newer "ego e-power 18650" from Tropical Vapors. It's on sale for $18 and change. I don't have 18650 batteries though so had to pay quite a bit more to add those to my order.
