I was recommended to lower the nic levels in my juice considerably. A friend who was a pack a day smoker mentioned to me that even 6mg was too much for him. I am only a casual smoker and having been using 12mgs.
I haven't vaped for hours now and I still have that nasty dizzy/vertigo thing going on which other users have mentioned. It is very concerning considering it usually goes away within minutes if I smoke too many analogs.
Right now I'm not vaping anything. I might try the Zero with 6mg idea to make a 3mg juice at some point but then another friend told me it could be the Glycol (or whatever it's called) doing it to me. He says it is what makes the vape cloud smoke like it does and it is the same thing used in smoke machines at nightclubs. Dizzyness is a known side effect.
