Hiya Kelain! Well I mainly started to improve my focus. I've only done it twice so far so I know it will take some time but I find myself getting very sleepy. I did it seated in a chair, not leaning back; but maybe it was still too comfortable. Perhaps I will try the floor today. I actually dozed off a little yesterday tho lol.

I'm hoping to feel refreshed after I become better at it; hopefully I can find the setting/position that works for me.

Also, would love to hear a little about the hypnosis if you feel like typing some :)

I use an app for that and it is wonderful! I have a destress app that you listen to with headphones and it walks you through step by step at the beginning much like you'd do in meditation. Relaxing all parts of your body and mind. I can ONLY do it at night because I fall asleep everytime. It actually is set to wake you at the end by slowly bringing you back to waking consciousness. Most times I wake up but others I don't. I actually do all meditation and hypnosis at night. I work with 8 little kiddos during the day so getting too comfortable and conking out is not an option for me! LOL!
