I miss cigs here and there but not enough to start smoking them again. I may take up a occasional cigar while drinking some scotch habit though

When my first e-cigs came I still had one pack of analogs, they went and I haven't looked back since, that was early Dec. Absolutely no problems, no agitation, no cravings-- over the holidays, out partying, Steelers going to Super Bowl, New Year festivities-- vapin' fine all the way. Very surprising as I've NEVER truly been off tobacco, not cold turkey, not with Wellbutrin, not with gum or patches.

I'm tempted to try one just to see what it is like, but I'm now able to smell smokers and smoke, and as someone said, it is now very acrid, while the vapor is smoooooth and delicious!

1 week after using an ecig i tried an analog.. and threw out the pack i bought i even do not like the smell of the smoke anymore.

I agree with you completely! I went to the club and had an analog and it tasted like I inhaled an ashtray mixed with dust. :-x It took me 3 hrs to get the taste out of my mouth! I guess there is no going back now.

I am willing to put up with the minor hassles and fiddling with my e-cig for the much needed separation from that evil tobacco.

I know it is kind of sick but I actually kind of like the idea of a new little machine to maintain and tinker with. Now that I have to go into another career. I used to be a Locksmith (and I guess I still am as long as I keep taking calls. I am going back into the high tech career path) I need something very tiny to keep working on or I think I might blow a gasket.

I have been e-cig only for 6 days now. I miss my analog after my big end of the day feast. That's about it. Even the morning smoke has subsided. But it doesn't hurt that I can lay in bed and vape before doing anything. And it's been cold so not having to go out has been nice.

Does anyone miss the smell of a freshly burning cigarette? Not someone elses, but your own?

I'm in Florida. And we freakin' froze for two nights, deep into the Everglades. We are NOT in Florida to freeze. By the weekend, it will be 76 again, exactly the norm for us this time of year.

I looked like an Eskimo walking the dog yesterday when the porch thermometer read 29 degrees. I could exhale all the vapor anyone could want from an e-cig -- just by breathing!

Everything is relative, yes, and Canada and the North can provide us horror stories. But I'd rather sweat than shiver any day of my life. This cold sucks! And, yep, it's COLD.

Oi, you people in Florida are making my brain hurt, If it was in the 30's I would be outside in shorts and a T-shirt

It's been 3 weeks now since the temp has gone above the freezing point
Yesterday it was 17, and all anyone could talk about was how nice it was

As Sam Kinison told starving desert dwellers, "You live in a blankety-blank desert. Move where the food is." Same can be said of people who don't like cold weather, but live in it. I hate cold. I wouldn't move to a cold climate if someone offered me lottery winnings to do so.

Move where the warmth is!

On second thought. Florida is getting crowded. Stay put. And bundle up.

I am originally a Hoosier. When we first moved here, we were shocked that no-one was outside when it was 50 degrees. We sat out on our porch and smoked our ciggies and watched the stars and had the entire night all to ourselves.

I have turned into a big fat suck. I can't go outside without a coat on when it is under 65. I might need to head back north for a bit ;)

True I could move some place warm, that's not really the point

It's like waiting in the hospital with a severed limb with a guy next to you complaining about a paper cut

I'm not complaining, I think it's best just not to talk about it, people have it way worse then me, last week Fargo was -30 (not including wind chill)
8-o
That scares me
