I'm about to order a batch of concentrated e-liquid (100mg/mL) in VG from China. I found the supplier Xi'an Taima through Alibaba. Alibaba lists them as a verified supplier and links to their web site where I obtained the contact info. Seems legit (for China anyway...). I'm just a little concerned about sending a Western Union payment, I'm given a person's first and last name as the way to pay...
