Anyone order from Vapedudes?

Hi,

Im new to the vape forum. I've been vaping for several months now and recently decided to order a nice rebuildable tank. I wanted the cobra and only found it in stock at Vapedudes. I placed two separate orders on Friday morning and paid the $23 shipping on both orders hoping to get something in the mail asap. So far I haven't even received a shipping notification. I'm getting a little worried. I know these companies are small but some response would really be nice. The orders I placed totaled about $300 and not a word from them yet. Hopefully someone here can ease my mind.

I have ordered from them. I believe it's run by 2 people. Maybe 3. So, if someone gets sick... But you should still get some sort of email confirmation. I'd contact them. If you go to their Facebook page, you can see they post a status update when they're running behind. Also their website front page currently states that orders are going out 2-4 days after they are placed.
 
i ordered some juice and a tank from them around x-mas time. It took a few days for them to send a confirmation. but they were closed for a couple of days for the holidays and then it was the weekend and then i guess they were backed up on orders when they returned to work. not a great first impression but understandable. I wouldnt rule them out.

Here's my followup.

The order finally shipped the following Monday. I'd ordered everything overnight ($23 extra), so I received the order on Tuesday. I ordered the Cobra tank, about 6 juices and a Titanium Tip for the Cobra. The packing slip showed everything being shipped but the Titanium Drip Tip wasn't in the package anywhere. I immediately called the number and spoke with their answering service because I guess they are too busy and small to take calls. She took all my information and said she would contact them. I also sent them an email explaining the shortage. Today is Thursday and still no reply from them. I wouldn't really worry about this except this drip tip was $22.00.
I suppose if I haven't heard anything back today, I'll call my credit card company and start the process for refusing the charges. I really don't know what else to do. Let me know if anyone has suggestions.

I would give it 7 days from the time you let them know. They could very well be sending the item out to you within that time frame. Try to call back or contact them through their FB page too. It would be illegal to stop payment on the whole order too. If nothing is done by them after 7 days you can give them a bad review. But remember as you may find bad reviews on them or others, some people have other motives. Most businesses want to make you happy so you will come back. Good luck.

I ordered the Cobra from them too, and accidentally placed two orders (I was being an idiot, vacillating between the 3ml and the 5ml). So I wrote them and explained that the dual order was a mistake and that I only wanted one Cobra...

... They wrote a very pleasant note right back to me, and fixed it right away. As has already been mentioned, they post an estimated turn-around time on their homepage, and my Cobra did come exactly as expected within that time frame. Any small business can get swamped, but I have no problem recommending them, as my experience was happy.
