anyone order from wordupecig.com?

So as a n00b, I did all my brand research, and once I was sure what brands I wanted for my PV, I scoured the internet for a deal.

I stumbled across wordupecig.com and decided to go with them cause they offered free shipping and were having a Halloween sale. Apparently, I was not the only to go there because they are now "backed up"

Has anyone else ordered from them? I feel this is too ridiculous and I should have my order already. This order was placed before November even began, and I can't even get a live person on the phone.

This is NOT a post bashing this supplier, I would simply like to know if anyone else out there ordered from them, and if they have, if they've received their order yet. I am in Illinois and can't find any information on this supplier, mainly, where they are based.

I've ordered from them. They shipped, I believe, next day. But that wasn't for a sale.

Yes, unfortunately many small suppliers bite off a bit more than they can chew with sales at times.

I hope your order gets out soon! They should certainly be answering your calls if they bother to have a number.

I've ordered from them many times and had no problem. Seems like I saw that they were moving and that may be what the hold up is.

Thank you both for easing my spirits. I will keep waiting patiently, thankfully, I received my 808 already and it'll have to hold me down until my 510 arrives.
