Well I finally scooped a SS Don, and as hoped, the Penelope is a lovely fit. Thought I'd post a photo in case anyone else was curious.

Does Penelope get air properly, bebause i thing it fits to tight? Or does it vape proper?

Yes you just put the Penelope base on the Don before you screw in the ceramic housing then unscrew the base a touch and tighten the housing again before fully assembling the Penelope. This leaves a gap between the Don and the Penelope. I like quite a tight draw so the gap I leave is tiny, but you can set it up to your preference. Even if you like a loose draw you dont need a big gap. It won't be noticeable and subtract from the aesthetics
