What are you dripping on, Spidey? (Pen, mini etc). If it's a pen, take the cart out and drip a couple of drops onto the atomiser. Then plug the original dummy mouthpiece that came with the unit in and smoke away. You can also top off carts. I haven't tried other styles yet but I can't see it being much different.

im fed up with all the loose strands of polyester that fall into the atomizer and make that plastic taste and probably seriously harm my lungs. i have tried dry-smoking but i think i broke an atomizer that way. im looking into buying a meterial to hold the liquid in these carts. im thinking of using natural unbleached sea sponge. as anyone had any experience with this or other materials?
peace.
I have I believe a fix for filler burning or sticking to the atomizer bridge. Take the screen out of a tap aerator, cut a piece the full lenght of the bridge and about the width of the narrowest part of the cart. Bend one end so it bridges the cart opening. Put something narrow, like the edge of a tweezer and round out the shank that fits down into the atomizer. This is to prevent the screen from sticking to the cart body. It prevents the filler from burning and prevents loose strands from touching the atomizer coil. Because of the screen ends, the filler adheres to the screen, and comes out as a unit, attached to the screen I just tried it out tonight. I was getting teed off pulling the filler off of the atomizer. Works for me. bridge every time I refilled.

I think the ideal material would be fiberglass, but I doubt anybody would want to use it. Think ZFM, but instead of a piece of silicone with a hole in it, you would have a small mat of woven fiberglass. Wicking should be very good, and glass certainly won't burn up. You'd have to fill it with a syringe, and I'm not sure how you'd attach it to the cart reservoir, but it would solve most of the other problems with cart filler.
