I have used them on my GLV at 5v and they work great. Don't hesitate. They are good.

Wow! Really? Do you have to take quick, short, shallow drags to prevent burning?? The only cartos I've had any luck with are V4L coolcarts. Anything 3.0 ohms or lower ends up tasting burnt after about the 4th drag.

Are you using the AW CR123 batteries in your GLV2? I just ordered some dual coil cartos for my GLV2. Does it get that hot? I bet it burns through the juice quick. I heard these cartos will keep up with the wicking while hitting on it very hard, without any burning taste at all (as long as it's wet). Do they last longer per fill than standard 510 cartos? I beginning to get pretty sick and tired of all the new cartos claiming to have solved all the issues and then to find out that they still have significant problems. I've also got some Joye 510-T cartos coming. I hope one of the two will be problem free.

I've taken them to 8 volts, no more LOOOOOoooOOOOOng sucks to get it going, thats for sure, haha.

.3 second hit time=good. The beauty is not that you can go 8 volts, its that they don't burn the juice at 8. I'm so sick of that nasty ... burnt plastic dry tire fire taste in my mouth. If I never taste that again, I will die a happy man.

Using a boxmod with two trustfire 14500s. Anytime I put a lower ohm carto it stops working. I tried the dual coil and it too seems to trip up the batteries. I can open the cap, remove the battery just a bit and reconnect in order to make it work. Obviously not a long term solution.

Is this a drain issue with the batts?
Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance for any responses to this. Dual coil at 5v is amazing! If only it would work for more than 3-4 puffs at a time.

I'm running a mod with two 14500s into a 5v regulator and I get the same problem with dual coils. Somehow it trips a shutdown, but if I reconnect I get a few hits and then it does it again.
