Hello all - I'm about to pull the trigger on a vp2 from vaprlife - just curious what folks who own one think about them. Craftsmenship - vapor production - throat hit - battery life, etc.

The VP series seem like very nice units - I would love to hear from people who have used one for awhile...do you still like it?

BTW i've tried to search the forums for "vp2" and it always turns up zero results  , I know I've seen some vp2 threads in the past but now I can't find 'em!

Thanks all,
d-h

thanks charlie - here is my situation...my goofy computer will only run in "safe-mode" so for whatever reason it has decided that it will not run the sound program. I can still watch videos - but I have no audio. Needless to say, I am hugely interested in text, lol. Although I'm getting pretty good at reading lips.

Hey dopeless,
I have been using the VP-2 for around 2 months. Nothing to say except awesome. i orig ordered it with the 801 thread and also ordered the 901 & 510 adapters with it. Also the little led adapter to make it a flashlight.. ha...
I have noticed i have been using the 510 adapter for about a month straight with one atty and caramel/pina colada mix with menthol drops... loving this for about the same amount of time. It is built very good. No problems with the switch, and if you saw the video, you can turn the batt around so the led doesn't light up...
I get almost a full day off the 14500 batt and that is pretty much heavy vaping all day, but you will need to switch at least once a day. So all said I truly recommend this VP-2 for overall performance... Just a note: at full charge it actually is around 4.2 v.
so you are getting a nice vapor cloud off of any atty you choose. Throat hit would of course vary with atty, nic etc.
I hope some of this helps.

Hi
Ive used the VP2 for about 6 months.

Almost all day vape on the 14500 batty.

I would suggest the 510 used with it.

I dont use the VP2 much anymore but I can say it has been very reliable,
works well and is light weight. I have used the 801 with it and it does well. I prefer the 510 with it though.

I dont think youd go worng with this device if you want a very light weight device that has good battery life and vapes well.

Thats exactly what I wanted to hear, lol. Thank you tdwave, that definetly helps. Ecigs are almost always "excellent" for a couple of days - I'm always interested in owners view them after a healthy road test, so hearing that you are 2 months deep with a vp2 and loving it...well, I'm lovin' that:lol:. Now I just have to decide which color LED to get.

Be well,
d-h

Nice! Thanks for the imput, doots. As far as using a 510 atty with it - thats perfect! I have a bunch of 510 stuff (its been my only pv) to use with it. I think I'll order it with an 801 atty and get a 801/510 adapter. I would like to see what another style atty is like too, especially with bigger carts.

Well, we can share the road together then. I ordered that exact setup with green LED. I use an 801 as my every day vape, but still have a bunch of 510 extras from my first kit to use as a change of pace.

Straight from Vaprlife (I've been stalking them;)) when I'd seen they had stock again. I ordered on Tues. or Wed. of 12/23,along with another mod I want to try.

Oh, this is very good news - thanks all for the feedback. I ordered the VP2 w/green LED 2 nights ago - scheduled to arrive on the 4th - I am so pumped!

funny i had same problem trying to find posts on vp1 or vp2 before xmas..too new perhaps? idk.finally went ahead and got a vp1 pretty happy with it. was odd at first because almost no throat hit..thought it wasnt working and then id exhale and tons of vapor came out lol
I learned why it wasn't pulling anything up - the term "vp2" or "vp1" is too short, i guess you have to have X amount of characters for the search function to work:). As soon as I tried "vp2 vaprlife" it pulled back several results. Who knew?

Just received my vp2 about 3 hours ago. Vapor production - Whoa. Flavor - Whoa. I seem to be getting more and more vapor with each couple of puffs. Is this standard for an 801 atty? do they break in? Every few puffs I notice a "metallic" type of taste - is this atty primer perhaps?

Thus far the vp2 seems like an exceptional product. I am a very happy camper.

Good to hear Dopeless. Yes probably is primer youre tasting.
VP2 is a fantastic piece of work for sure..
You should continue to get good results with a good atty.

The one thing I like best about the VP2 is the weight. I almost dont know I am carrying it.

Glad you got it and like it!

doots - this thing is off the hook. I mean seriously. I just dripped four drops on the atty and poof. clouds. biggest clouds I ever seen. i have permagrin. unbelievable flavor. i can't stop giggling. i am a dork. must stop typing.must vape.:D:D:D:thumbs:
