Anyvape Cerotank owners?

Hey....anyone! 
Seems my inbox is full..I cannot start a conversation. I have been all over that page, and do not see a delete option to clean it out.....
Please help a non-tech old lady out....how do I clean out my inbox?

Put a check mark in the box of the conversation you wish to delete.
You'll immediately see a pop up box and you simply select "Leave conversation".
Presto! You'll be in biz in no time (and you can select multiple conversations).

Wow....I was way over limit. And they did not tell me....I was 189% full. Been deleting conversations for almost 45 minutes. (Had to read a few oldies but goodies)

OK....got it!! 
And am vaping it....but have no clue on the proper way to fill it. I have looked on the internet...no instructions came with it. I filled from the top, but that was very hard to do since I had to hold the bottom in place and fill at the same time. And please do not make fun of poor old Glam....you know she is challenged. And there is a plastic ring which was loose, around the top of the glass part of the tank....I left it there, but seems strange that it was loose.
I love it!! Taste is great, I just need some input from you veterans of this tank.

Fill from the bottom. The whole tank will stay together. Just unscrew from the air control section.OK....got it!!

I see the little holes now. Just filled it.

Funny about the filing -- I find it still to be THE easiest of all clearo tanks to refill. Now that you've discovered it's a bottom fill..... tee hee.
