Huzzah! Another atty headed my way. If it stands up as well as the forge, it'll be another winner.
Awful quiet around ecf as of late....guess everyone is enjoying summertime. Or.....maybe squonking is so good lately everyone is satisfied with their gear ;-)
I have about 20 BF attys and except for an occasional build most just gather dust. The Forge, Stumpy and Vertex have taken over.

Forge, nectar, and stumpy for me. Some sad little indians peering at me from the vape bench.
Seems to get this way every August, but this year is especially slow it seems.
Between you, CH, Rob, and the Sunbox boys and am one happy camper, tho.
yep, with all the great providers we have available, satisfaction was inevitable.
What's odd, is ecf membership is still growing, yet activity is slowing.
Some of my favs too Papa, although I didn't get to try stumpy. How does it compare to the other two, in draw and flavor?

Stumpy my fav, behind that the manta. The stumpy is so easy to build on, great for single coil or dual. AFC can be reduced right down or three holes open nice and airy. I do like the forge too, I also have a nectar but yet to try out but see its a flavour mobster

I haven't tried the Manta, Forge, or Vertex. I am so happy with the Stumpy and Derringer that I have not tried anything else yet. I like to be able to tighten down the draw and flavor is what I seek.
Peng the manta is a great atty actually it's better than than that it's a must have. IMO. The forge is also really good, it's up there with my favourites too but am saving final judgement until this weekend when I'm doing a maintenance run before getting mods ready for travelling with me Monday for my vacation. At this point I will drop in one of my two favourite juices as until now I've only vape a new and unknown juice through it.
The manta can be tightened right down and flavour wise I'm not sure there's anything better, the stumpy is close but remains my favourite as flavour is great and aesthetically I like it - i too have a derringer, their nice and put them in the next batch down with my marquis and REMatty - if you get the chance the manta though is really worth a look

I actually give the slight edge to my forge over the manta for overall performance.
On flavor alone the manta has the edge, but the con's include losses in other Dept's vs the forge.
Forge stays cooler to touch when chain vaping (all I do), AFC is smoother and more user friendly on forge, and lastly aesthetics the forge wins for these eyes.
But all of these metrics are close.
All that said I just worked out 6 IGO-S' cause its my all around winner bored out at 3/16's

Thank you for the info, Robbie. You and I have very similar tastes as far as vape styles and mods. I will seek out a Manta for now, and wait for your thoughts on the forge when you get back from vacation.

You won't be disappointed in the manta. Best flavor first atty I have ever used! I just got a stumpy 2 days ago so too early to tell but my initial impression is good. Best aesthetics of any atty I own but wouldn't recommend for mtl due to afc design unless you run single coils.
I am running two of my stumpy's single coil in T/C with ni200 and one dual coil with Kanthal. I MTL

The forge I'm sure is very good just to be fair when judging where in my top it comes it has to have my fav juice. I also like the look of the forge, had zero leaking either, easy AFC as mentioned above, I'm sure it's going to be up.
I'm took my manta off of my E8 whilst I returned that for repair, that too is going to travel with me.
