Gotcha! Although I'm not convinced nic is harmful as we intake it via vapor you bring up great points.

I cut back to 0 nic at the beginning of the year as a personal challenge, and because i was nearly out of nic base. Didn't want to buy more, lol. There are days that I vape less than 2ml when I get busy and forget. :)

I wish you luck, though you're basically there now.

I have enough nic base to last me many years! That being said....with my move to the east coast.... I don't want my love of vaping to interfere with my job prospects. Jobs are getting much harder to find these days unfortunately and I don't want my decisions influenced by a company's vaping policy.

Luckily NC is very friendly to vaping so I may be worried about nothing.[emoji6]

I am just trying to be free of nic so that I can sleep better. Also jobs these days are getting more and more strict about smoking/vaping at work. Just want to get to where I can go thru a work day without cravings. I have no desire to quit vaping I just don't want to be addicted to it.[emoji6]

You don't have to cut down your nic level to get yourself trained to not vape during the day. Takes a couple of weeks is all.

I'm sure he is very busy with moving and trying to push the rest out before the move. I am sure he will post pics when he gets a free moment.

I don't have much new to report in the mod progress. Been very busy week with moving and work. Hopefully I will have some time this weekend to make some progress. My lathe should be here early next week. Once it's set up I will be able to make parts in batches and things will start moving along much faster[emoji6]

I would like to see some pics of avions in the wild though. [emoji6]

Haven't decided as of yet. I am gonna use it for a bit to be sure everything is stable before I send it out. how much do they usually go for?
From what I can recall for those that bought the shells and parts separately to build them, they were in the $200+ range. With everything DNA or SX today they have went down in value quite a bit. I think I just saw one in the classies that went for around $150. I think Live Wire had them listed for like $350 (assembled), but I don't think that actually went anywhere...

ETA... Live wire has the kits in stock for $139 right now... They have an interest link for the V4.3 and V4.2 large screen (assembled) listed for $350.

Its a real shame that the Gdeal devices have waned in sales since he was shunned from ECF... They really are some great devices. I have a Peko that I've been using for almost a year now that has been glitch free. I think the price tag and the fact that they are 3D printed turned a lot of people off, considering for the $350 you could get a metal or wood device with the same inner workings. My Peko has been dropped from the ladder a few times and dropped getting out of the truck even more times and yet it still keeps on going... It's not the prettiest device I have, but one of the most reliable!! Best think is, "I", built it so its even more special...:D

BTW, I think the Avion is kinda growing on me as I see more of them... Keep up the great work...:)
