Congrats on the successful BVC. IMO these coils are game changers. Inevitably some coils, as with most new products, will have some issues but I'm hoping that with the anti-counterfeiting measures that aspire has in place QC complaints will diminish.... BTW, It is day 7 for both the wife and I on our BVC and they're functioning flawlessly. My wifes been Avg. 3-4ml a day and I've been Avg. about 7ml a day....I've dropped my nic level to around 16mg from 24 since I got the BVC because of the increase in Vapor and all my flavors seemed a bit to intense...I added pure VG until I got the dilution level that worked for me. These coils are more than just Hype, They are a preview of how all coils will be made in 6 months from now. Again, Congrats on the good coils- Dave

Good tip about adding VG. I may send for some, the flavors of my favorite vapes are so intense! Sometimes I go back to the aerotanks for a change up. Adding the VG to lower the level of intensity on the flavor and lower the nic level so that I can enjoy the vapor production sounds like a plan.

After going through both coils that came with my mini Nautilus and 4/5 in the 1st box of spares...every single one of them rapidly rising in resistance and tasting horrible, I decided to open the other box of coils. Put one in my mini and the other in my full size Nautilus and YAY! They are both still working after 24 hours. I hope the other 3 in the box are the same.
From my research, it's doesn't seem unusual to have QC problems with with Aspire/Eigate. Kind of pitiful really to have such a high failure rate. I had even worse results with BDC coils prior. I made this last purchase through Aspire at aspirecig online. I sent a message asking them to replace the 6 bad coils. Has anyone here had any luck with a similar request???
These coils aren't cheap but they do work (when they work) great and I don't mind paying but they've got to get their QC inline...

I am a relative newbie as I've only been at this since last fall.

I'm still pushing on the Aspire people, They asked for pictures, which I sent over the weekend - really not sure how that helps, but hey.... They did promise to send a new box if they couldn't diagnose something with the tank. We shall see.

Maybe they just wanted proof that you bought some in the first place?

Thats so strange, I converted both of my full size nautili and have a mini all with the bvc and they have been flawless. I hope this isn't a typical aspire coll crapshoot.

Ive got two regular Nautilus's and the mini going right now, all with the new BVC, and they have all been flawless so far as well.

I just got some BVC coils and am having problems with juice leaking thru the airflow hole. I have it at the largest airhole but juice is leaking into the airhole assembly and blocking the airhole thus producing low vapor. I've tried clearing out the juice with a paper towel rolled to a sharp point but more juice ends up leaking. Anyone else having this specific issue with the new BVC coils?

Just a quick hi and my experience,(so far) with the BVC heads.Got the good deal at 101vape and put one in my Nautilus.Great taste and flavor but had to bump the watts up to at least 15 and wow! These are supposed to be authentic,(didn't check),so I put them in my other Nautiluses(?),2 real and 2 clone, and am now giving the kayfuns a break.2 more packs on the way! Have had a few problems with Nautilus before,(bad BDC heads,leaking,510 connection, etc),but now they are the go to tanks.Hope you can track down the problem because the end result is worth it! Vape On!

I have this problem also. Just got some BVC heads in on Friday and was testing them out over the weekend. Was working great at first, vaped for a couple hours on one and it was indeed amazing, But later in the night I came back and it starts gurgling and leaking... just like the old coils :/ Sometimes I can get it to work right again by taking everything apart and blowing out the clogged up juice, but if I stop for about a half an hour and go back to it it's starts doing the same thing. this is very tiresome to have to tinker with this thing every single time I want to vape on it. Tried 3 of the BVC coils in a regular nautilus, not a mini, and each coil had this same result.

Nope, ordered from myvaporstore.com, I ordered 4 of them seperately though, not in a pack. They just came in those little foil pop out things kinda like my allergy pills come in. Could it possibly be a problem with something else? Maybe the airflow system of the nautilus or something?

I'm unsure...Could be any weak link in the system really....I use my BVC's in my full size Nautilus and they're completely compatible. I know it's frustrating as hell but I'll encourage you to keep on trying til you get it figured out as I believe it's worth it....-Dave

Interesting. I bought some, they've been great! First coil still in use. So today, my second box arrived, and after reading some negatives, I popped out the one that works perfectly and put in a new one. Nothing. Doesn't heat. Take out another again, nothing. Put old one back in and it's fine.- so much better than the old duels. Yes, code on the box shows they are real, they simply won't fire. :(

Yes, am using in a full size nautilus. After I finish the dishes, I thought I'd get out the multi-meter do some testing.

UPDATE! I think I know what the problem is, or at least why we're getting different results. First of all, they test perfectly. 1.6 on the nose.

Keep in mind a) I am an old woman with old eyes! b) the hub is asleep and since he is due at work at 6 am, I can't go rumbling around in there to get my magnifying glass off my desk. So, after fetching a flashlight and looking and looking and looking, here is what I see. I lined up one of the new BVC I got last week, one from the box that arrived today and an old duel coil.

I see two differences. One, the pin that connects to the bottom to connect to the battery is pushed much farther in on the coil that arrived today that does not work than the other two. Even more interesting, the old duel coil and a new coil from last weeks box have identical threading. The one from today's box has different threading, it either has one more row OR they are spaced slightly farther apart. I am talking about the threading that screws into the center stem. My guess is it is just enough to change the height that the coil does not make good (or in my case any) contact with the battery. Once the hub goes to work I can try other batteries...again, they're in the bedroom.

Anyway, if anyone is still up and has examples of both - and perhaps better eyesight, I hope you'll take a look at an old duel coil and a new BVC and see if you agree.
