Just checking in before bed to check what everyone has been up to on this Friday the 13th. There are a lot of superstitious people who won't leave the house! I was a little worried as my daughter flew in for the weekend but everything turned out perfect and we had a great day!! It will be a wonderful weekend with my daughter ..but I know it will just fly by too fast!!

Only one small tactical error...I blame it on being zoned out on Benadryl more than it being the 13th! So glad your daughter made it in safely!!,

Wow... you guys are making me feel happy I've never gotten burned that badly. I've had the little bubble blisters and almost purple sunburns, but never swelled up.

However, being allergic to so many things, I've had some horrible reaction rashes. The face wash incident was one of my least favorites. Think palm sized patches of bright red goose bumps all over my face and neck. It itched so bad I was about to scrub with steel wool and couldn't go to work (in a restaurant) for like three days cuz it looked so bad.

The cold medicine one was a close second. Still not sure if it was the Zicam zinc nasal swabs or the Echinacea pills and not willing to find out. Got a combination of salad plate sized purple-y raised hives and the bright red goose bump rash on 80% of my body that didn't go away for days. Couldn't leave my house without hearing at least one comment about abuse counselors and the only people that believed me when I said it was an allergic reaction were people with similar allergic incidents.

I know this is probably a stupid question but have you tried gloves? And what in the world is in them that you're allergic to?

At least with my allergies, it's usually an identifiable chemical or item. Benzoyl whatever stuff in some face washes, the perfume agents in laundry soap, commercial grade spray and let dry sanitizers, most plants, animals and molds... etc.

The biggest pain in the patookus about it is I never know if I'm going to come in contact with something new that I'll have a reaction to.

You would be close.

The only ones that are !!! big deals !!! are the 'cillins, 'myicins and bees. I like breathing. It's nice. With 'sulfas and whatever the stupid filler is in Dimetapp and Sudafed, they're considered "nuisances" cuz I just get hives or violently ill of the northern variety. At least that's what the doctors say. ...idjits...

All my other allergies are various degrees of rashes, hives or normal nasal and sinus issues.

I am lucky though. No food allergies. At least not true allergies. I don't handle MSG, milk products or sulfites well, but they just make my head stuffy and/or tummy upset.

Good morning everyone! :)

Started out bad for me when my last coil for my Ego one tank went south. I was really enjoying the TC on my eVic too. But, ECF to the rescue... I spent the last hour learning hour to dismantle the stock coil and rewick!!! It wasn't hard. All the components came apart easily and the coil cleaned up shiny under hot water. Just a quick wrap with new cotton, popped it back in, snapped it all together and I'm vaping away in TC mode again!

I know, I know but I get so excited at these small vaping victories, lol Onward and upward....

So I followed your advice and just ordered a couple of Stumpy clones.
I went out on a limb and ordered them but I was glad to read that she (Kaprthevpr) endorsed them. :D
I got the pink one because I thought it would look good on a bleck mod. Then I added the black one since the pink one didn't come with the proprietary wide drip tip.

Hell yeah! Which ones did ya get? Black top cap? Or SS?
Are you talking about the black chuff cap like the authentic has? Is there a clone with this? I looked but couldn't find one. That's the one I really want but don't have money for an original.

I think the tags or the adhesive have latex in them... And yes, tried the gloves. I get the red, bumpy itchy hives just above my wrists where I had the first bad reaction to latex gloves.
