Whoa! That's dangerous!!! There should be a landlord/tenant law that addresses that kind of situation. She shouldn't have to be afraid to go to sleep!

Agree and no this landlord is one of those cheaps ones that just wan't to collect rent and his leases pretty much covers him for that. He is the type that is probably hoping/waiting for it to fall in so he can get his insurance to pay and then will have his guys come over and put a bandaid on it As for mom, yes we were afraid of that, so we didn't wait and took her mattress toppers and all and had to put her on the pull out in the front room. Downside is she usually needs to sleep in the hosp bed because of her osteoperosis and breathing with heart problems as she needs to be at an incline and not laying flat, which she cant do on the pull out. This has been her room for almost a month now

Edit; and oh that white stuff (got some of it up) was really bad around the floor under the window. felt like a crusted salt. no clue what it is

Is it a mobile home with a tin roof? If it's tin, the roof on top can be repaired with KoolSeal, it come it a couple different types, the aluminum/black looking stuff works great. Then the piece of Sheetrock in the ceiling can be replaced without further leaks.
When I was in GA, I worked in the repo field with mobile homes. I was the repo inspector for a couple of finance companies. I would let them know if it was worth repairing m/h or wholesaling it at auction.

Oh, so I double checked the VG tracking and it's a invalid code now. So after the mailman came by today I went out there, checked the porch, checked the mailbox. Nada, so I'm walking back to the house I see a box in front of the garage. The garage..not the porch like it said yesterday..

If I lived in the east I would have all my vaping gear charged and ready next to my candles...I vape all the time and don't know how it would affect me if I couldn't vape..

I do have everything charged and a battery lantern ready to go!! I've been losing my internet on and off all day. We won't get hit till later tonight but it's cold and windy!!
