I placed an order saturday evening, and since im new to the whole mod thing, i had left out a few things i needed.... Got on the live online support this morning and talked to dave and within 5 minutes i had my order updated and was even told to not order 1 thing, because i just didnt need it...... The reason i went with Apollo was because ive read on here about how good their customer service is, even though it was a relatively simple problem i had... i also stand by the statement that apollos customer service is A+++
