Recently ordered an Apollo VTube Mini.

I did have to Return it for a Replacement, Nothing was wrong with the Performance of the Unit, it had a Noticeable Blemish on the casing and one of the buttons seemed to not work right.

I contacted their online Customer support and talked to Sophia sent them a Picture and by the time I was done talking to her I had an e-mail with instructions on how to return the unit.

3 Days later I received the Replacement in the Mail..

The Vtube is a Great Unit for the Price, it goes above from what I was expecting.

I did have a chance to talk to Rob on the Online Support, I had some questions and he is Very Knowledgeable in the Products that Apollo sells..

Apollo has GREAT Customer Service and I look forward to doing business with them again in the future..
