I can't wait to get this thing. I mean, I can't say that you shouldn't call it the chinatube, that would be pushy and ridiculous. But I just bought my Vtube and when I hear people calling it the chinatube, it just makes me feel a little less sophisticated. Like, a poor man can eat at AppleBees and feel rich because he just spent $15 to $20 on his meal. But a rich man thinks of Applebees as fast food, and eats at 5 star resturaunts for $40 to $50 a meal. I don't want to think of the Vtube as fast food, I want to think of it as a 4 or 5 star mod. Maybe its not on the level of the GG and the Provari or Darwin but its MY provari or darwin.. lol
IMO its the brand name people are paying for. Sure, each mod has its perks, but IMO it's not by any means worth it to pay over $100 more for a device that does essentially the same thing.
Think of it in terms of clothes.. I know I buy my jeans from vans, just because its cheap and I like the style ($20 for a pair of jeans). But there are also those who buy their jeans from big name brands such as Lucky, American Eagle, etc etc for $75+.
The mini Vtubes are backordered at the moment I'm sure you already know. Maybe they are waiting to confirm your payment until they get them in? I believe the website says they will be coming in around the 28th for anyone that does not already know this. iKNOWaGhost, I know what you mean. A lot of things are simply brand name fetish. I buy DunkinDonuts brew your own coffee for at home, but for some reason it doesn't taste like the Dunkin' Donuts from Dunkin' Donuts, haha. I still buy it though, because I figure, if its being made for Dunkin' Donuts, it must be good coffee.. No need to look any further, right? lol. I only buy Levi jeans because I know how they fit me already. I don't have to try new styles because I know Slim-fit Strait 29/30s fit. WOW I just deleted ALL of this. Thank god I downloaded Lazarus form recovery, I love that little application. :]
Yeah I ordered on Sunday so I'm anticipating getting it Wednesday or Thursday. Keeping my hopes up for Wednesday. One of my 510 batteries ended up getting juice in it. So, I'm really gunning for this thing to come in as soon as possible because I can't work with one good batt. I have three now but only one works well, haha. I wish I had enough to buy those 4 batteries for $8.00, but I couldn't justify buying them. I am hoping the auction seller will give me more time.

Thats awesome.. you got juice in one of your batts? Was It an auto? I thought the ego batts what have you were sealed. None the less I'm happy for ya!
Yeah I don't have ego batteries, I have 510 batteries unfortunately :S And yup, they are all auto batteries so, the juice can get in there and short it out. I was dripping with a 306 atty, and I wasn't used to attys at the time, so I over-dripped and it dripped right down into the batt. A buddy of mine gifted me his old 510 batt because I guess he got it a while ago and didn't like vaping, but its old and it doesn't work any better than my broken battery. So I'm basically stuck with ONE working 510 battery until I get my Vtube.

Oh and watch pbusardo review on youtube.. pause the video on his charts and you'll see what voltage your getting with what resistance carto you are using. It's a great guide.

On a tangent here, but there are alot of factors that go into coffee - time from grind, water pressure, water temperature, storage of the beans, vaccum sealed or fresh air stored..... It is likely not the bean that is different. The closest to a real dunkins cup would be the k-cup. Same seal, fresh air stored, set your water temp to 194*F. Still not spot on, as the grind is done at dunkins the morning of, but the closest to it that I have found. Medium brew size on a B60L brewer hits the strength about right.

I was going to ask the same thing. I was a coffee roaster for several years so I'm very familiar with many varieties of coffee and how they are roasted. Here is another little FYI fact.
The temperature of the water, ideally between 198-204 f, since water is a better solvent at near-boiling temperature. This is a major reason why it is always better to brew a full batch on an auto-drip machine, because they are built to get a full batch of water up to the proper temperature. Water temperature retention is also an issue in many manual brewing devices, and is important to keep in mind when you brew.
Sorry for taking this off topic, but perhaps some may be interested.
Never tried D&D coffee myself but I have seen a lot of reviews and taste test tastes that rank D&D one of the best house blends consistently...
