Ben and the AVE crew must be busy...this was the first package I received that there wasn't a message written on!! I was devastated!!

(not really, though I had to double check to make sure it was my coveted AVE package as I usually can tell at first glance).

Good news, just tried some Raf and it's quite awesome. Definitely a keeper and a nice addition to AVE's stellar range of tobacco flavors.

Toothboy, don't feel bad, this weeks delivery was also missing the "you rock" but the contents were correct as usual. Ben has a new wookie in training so we all have to cut him some slack..........for the time being.

We've been slackin recently but it's not a permanent thing. We're just training up a new guy so it's taking awhile to get up to (and exceed) our old pace so some packages get missed in the time crunch. Once we get him ready to go though we'll be faster than ever, at least until you guys make it clear that I need another new employee lol.

In even more amazing news, my awesome customers seem to be helping the local economy here. That's 2 new people in only a few months, so thanks a ton guys n gals.

As for me it is not really that important whether the "You Rock" is on the package, or whether it is a stamp or hand written....the quality of the product and the customer service is what I like about AV...to me either stamped or hand written just tells me that they took the extra time to let me know they appreciate the customers....just my 2-penny's....
