Aqua clone vs Squape clone

OK. I'm not particularly thrilled with either clone you've listed... including the same model in other brands. In both cases, the original is better.
If you want a nice single coil, get a Taifun GT. If you want perhaps the best low priced atty on the market right now... look at the Fogger V4.
If you win the lottery, or wake up one morning deciding that high end stuff is where it's at... drop $170 for a GUS Estia, which is arguably, the best rta on the market, period.

I have a v4 and a couple kayfuns that I like a lot, I'd just like to try something new. Thanks for the input though. Perhaps maybe a taifun gs?
Idk why, but that squape is calling out to me hard. I want something I can sub ohm with and get a warm flavorful vape out of, something kayfun-like. The v4 has me covered if i want to make clouds

I have a Squape clone and an Aqua clone they are both sitting unused at the moment. My Squape clone is a bear to get wicked right, it's ok when it works but it's not as good as my EHpro and Tobeco Kayfuns. The Aqua clone (not an Hcigar) works ok but it's tough to coil, holds less than 2 mls of juice (which you burn through very fast) and is a messy bugger to fill.
I have to agree with State O' Flux, try looking at something else. Personally I really want to try a Fogger V4! Is it worth buying?

I have both. As well as: Fogger v4, R91 and various KFL's.
The HCigar Aqua outshines them all. But it is designed for dual coils and it only holds ~2ml of liquid. The Squape, like the Aqua requires no tools for refilling or re-wicking, but holds nearly 3 times as much liquid (the remaining quantity of which is clearly visible). I think the Squape is perfect for an RBA newb, which is why I gave mine to my brother, but the Aqua is such a little beast. Both atties will take 3mm ceramic wicks easily having large enough wick channels, and this design feature -- wick channels-- is mainly why I prefer the Aqua and Squape over the Fogger v4, KF's, and even my beloved R91.
With regards to the Fogger v4: I am not a fan of its unprotected glass tube which is press-sealed by the top and bottom caps (instead of the older Foggers whose glass tubes slide over the O-rings). Plus, mine just never seemed to seal itself perfectly causing intermittent leaking/weeping down the sides of the glass.

I like my Aqua clone. I think its a great little atty. Plenty of air flow, thick flavorful vapor. Use the bottom file method will hold exactly 3ml of juice (+ the .5ml primed on the dual cotton wicks 
) It does go through juice fast, but for $30 locally it was a good buy to me. I wouldn't mind trying the Fogger v4, but the first couple versions were ............not user friendly.

Is there any significant difference between brass and stainless in terms of voltage drop regarding the aqua/origin hybrid
I just got a v3 Winsmoke Squape, I have a love/hate relationship with it. While it's really nicely constructed, it had one giant fundamental flaw, being it does not have it's own built in air flow control, the airflow no matter how big the airhole is drilled in the 510 connection will ultimately be decided on the airflow channels (if any are present) on the top cap of the device. With everyone's love for flush fitting devices it presents a problem with a lot of mechs. At best the airflow is passable on some of my mechs, unbearable on others, and yes, the cotton must really plug in the juice channels or it leaks like a siev.
It is inferior to the Kayfun because of it. While it does have the ability to work on the build without draining the liquid, the lack of AFC for a device meant to fit on flush fitting mods sucks.

Brass is a better conductor than stainless. The aqua I have has silver coated brass contacts.
When I use a SS contact atty like the igo-l with the origin mod's top cap instead of the hybrid aqua, the difference in vape quality is quite noticeable.
