Just got an aqua clone. Built it dual coil at .9 ohms, wicked it and filled it (top fill, apparently more juice fits if you bottom fill so next time I'll do that.) A pretty nice vape... not necessarily better than my kayfun, but different.. hotter, airier. My question is this: I keep reading that the aqua has airflow control and juice control. The airflow I get, and I'm running it wide open (more air than the kayfun, which is nice.) But what the heck is juice control? I don't know where that is, or even what it might mean.

So... I played with the juice control for a day. I understand what it does (exposes more of the wick) but I can't put my finger on what effect this has on the vape. It seems to change the flavor a little but I'm just wondering what the intended effect is.

I'm pretty sure I like the flavor best on my current build (.8 ohm dual coils) with the control screwed out about three turns. Tastes less "burnt" that way.

shouldn't taste burnt at all, my regular build in my real aqua is 27g wire, 8 wraps on a 16 blunt tip needle, the resistance is about .4 ohms. Although I unscrew the juice control 2 turns, I could easily vape it completely closed with no burnt taste. The difference in the control's adjustment gives you the option to get more juice to the coil. so basically the more power your vaping, the more open the control value. Also maybe the thicker your juice the more open this value should be. If someone were doing let's say a .2 ish build with some Bobas bounty , you would want it really open. on the flip side if one had a 1.3 coil with some thinner juice, you would likely have better performance almost closed.

Well for one thing you should be able to completely close off the juice flow when you are not using your tank.
That way there is no chance of the coil flooding.

If you are chain vaping and you are getting a bit dryish taste, you open up the juice flow.
