Hello guys, I've got something bugs me all the time which is arcing mark. I am using .22 ohm build on a single 18650 mech mod with Sony VTC4 and Samsung 25r, so I think it is pretty much safe. From some point, I realised that some arcing is happening between the negative side and the button. I am googling it here and there but there is no clear point about this. It would be grateful if somebody can explain why it happens, how to prevent and how to maintain or fix. Thanks

picture would help immensely
To be honest with you, this happen on Kennedy Ruby mod with .22 build and Noisy Cricket with .6 build and all these devices are using Samsung 25r and Sony VTC4 and I haven't had any hot button issue as well. So I am pretty sure that I am in the safe zone but that marks still bugs me.

Looks like normal pin contact.

.22 pulls a Few Amps and mechanical switches can Arch a little during release. Generally a normal action of a switch/contact.

ETA: Lets try getting @Bad Ninja in here for a look.

Yep.
It's the result of a non-permanent contact.
It's normal. You can clean it with a pencil eraser.
