those would require modification to the juice and would be extreamly in-efficient.

a nebulizer type set-up would be preferable, as ex-smokers you might be able to get a perscription for one for breathing problems.

and have medicare/medicaid pay for it.

Lol how stupid would the govt. look if they ban e-cigs, e-liq, etc...but go ahead and buy regular cigarettes, we don't have a problem with THEM...smoke away. I guess money talks!

Well here is my 2 cents,

I am stocking up, but not to the extreme. The way I see it.. the net is gigantic, China, hows the FDA gonna stop a million little shipments, what I am trying to say is this.

China started this, and am sure, they will still do so, therefore let's do what Americans do, and bolster China's economy beyond belief. But, also am sure there will be a way to loop hole this , just gonna be tougher.

So yes I am stock piling in hopes to get away from Nic's grasp, but am also educating myself, because, I am sure that an atomizer can be DIY, Bats already are DIY Mods, and juices..DIY except for Nic, but there are forums working on ways to safely DIY extract it.

So hoard away, but much like the great millenium scare, will it really be neccessary, well we will not really know for a bit, so safer to hoard a bit than not.

Just look at prohibition... we found ways to loop hole it, 10 years and look where it's at today. I just fear the taxes to come from all this, that is why I want out of Nic's grasp! But I am sure the mob will score big , and a black market, or out of country will score, so we'll just have to sit tight till then.

Stocked up quite awhile ago. I have at the very least 3 yrs stocked up. I can Diy and have a ton of unflavored liquid. I'm hoping I can quit it all before then if need be and I want to. But if not I will go underground and do anything I need to do to get my fix.

i doubt they will ultimatly, and if i also remeber right states can do whatever they want without the federal approval, kinda how cali lets you have portions of weed ect and is still tryign to legalize it. and id imagine since the govenator just vetoed that ban on e cigs hed just do the same again in cali but i could be mistaken

Just ordered another 15 LR attys from China...I don't order juice from China, but the PV parts seem to arrive without any problems and a lot cheaper....Which enables me to stockpile parts...Need to do more of that this week....I would not put anything past the FDA in their witchhunt.....Enjoy the Adventure....I hope..

Think it is a wise idea to stock up on any consumables. With things up in the air now, you never know what will happen. I just remember how quickly the gov't. was able to get flavored analogs off the shelves with very little fanfare in the papers. We seem to have a rather sneaky administration now with an agenda that they are not making public. Just my two cents ........

Head shops have been banned in Florida unless the sell over 50% tobacco.

Here's what they have done:

Apparently there is a federal or state law that prohibits implementing laws that put people out of business. 25 of them have retained a lawyer and they are still operating.

The cops here are being cool about it too.

I'm sure there is recourse to this.

I have heard of that little known law. It's just unfortunate that it's the small operators who have to hire high priced attorneys. If the govt. doesn't put them out of business, the attys. will. My wife was out using her PV and a sheriffs deputy came up and asked her what she was doing. She calmly explained that she was using a Personal Vaporizor and that it did not contain crack or .... The deputy, who happened to be a smoker, was fascinated and my wife gave him the URL of the site we purchased our kit from. So, I agree, there is hope, it's just a long road ahead of us and everyone will need to be a "salesman" for the concept of e-cigs. Calling them a "drug delivery device" is a crock. I can remember going into a head shop to buy some de-tox sol'n and being told not to utter certain words or they would have to ask me to leave. That's how bad it can be down in this red neck "heaven".

I would post a pic but I jut got into vaping so my stockpile consists of: 12 10ml-bottles, 6 cartomizers and 1 spare atomizer

I'd say your stockpile is about the same as mine

I say if they ban the e-cig I will have plenty of cool looking trophies..I don't sweat the small stuff because it's all small stuff.I also have to say no the FDA does not have our best intrest in mind,they have big tobbaco company's intrests in mind and all the dirty friggin money they hand to the government to shut them up MY TWO CENTS WORTH...

If memory serves me, I seem to remember tobacco farmers receiving "subsidies" for growing tobacco from the Federal Govt. all the while the same govt. said we should not smoke. Many small farmers would not have been able to survive if not for their very profitable tobacco crop. Prime example of talking out of both sides of your mouth......

Radio Shack use to sell electronic projects kits. Only way to learn is to do. And the Mod forums can help you with tip's on getting better. They are really a good bunch of people always ready to help. From what I've seen in there threads anyway. Now as for this impending ban. I do not see Judge Leon's ruling being overturned. But thats just MHO. So no I do not stock up on my supply's
