I'm not sure stocking up is an option just because there is an experation date on ejuice. Well I suppose you can stock up on just nicquid and the flavorings and stuff will still be on the market. I see an new industry similar to tupperware parties arising in the event of banning, marketing home-made and saving on fines. :toast:but then again they've banned narcotics and it is still in ready supply, if a bit more expensive. Still cheaper than smoking I can tell you that.

That's what I'm saying...

PV's and Liquid will be available. Period.
Once the knowledge and Know how is out there, it's there to stay.

It all depends on the lengths that we are willing to go to in order to get it.
Are we willing to shop underground and be "criminals" ?

honestly, I'm pretty sure infractions of the ban will not include jail time.
Just fines.
And, the bans will likely be on Selling/Distributing. Not buying/posessing/using.

At worst, US based suppliers will be hit hard, but we'll still be able to get it.

However,
Enforcing the ban will at best be...Difficult..

As for NA sales, here the tribes eventually caved and pay the taxes. For years the gov. seized their trucks and threw some in jail. They got tired of it and when that happened, prices went from 10.00 a carton to 36.00 overnight (literally).

I don't know which way this will go so I am stocking up. Just need more attys and I will be good for probably the rest of my life other than buying batts for the mods.

You guys convinced me to stock up too. I bought enough e-cig parts to last 1 to 2 years, and am working on getting the juice. If they don't ban them (hopefully they wont) I wont have to worry about buying for a while. If they do ban them I will have enough supplies to last me through a transition to vapor free life, that does not entail a return to cigs. If I quit vaping before I use up all my stuff I can always sell it, or give it away.

I had to laugh today. Last year I was desperately afraid of having cigarettes taken away from me, and now I am deathly afraid of being driven back to smoking cigarettes again. I like vaping far better than smoking. I hope I can continue vaping, but I realize I live in a nanny state.....

Didn't read the whole thread, but... Technology is evolving too fast, your stash of atomizers will be laughable in a couple of years. Just think about it.

    Exactly
    very very true.

    I'm in this camp.
We are only into the second generation of vaping tools and there is still a lot of room left for improvements.

Unless the entire scene gets hit with a Tienanmen Square-like governmental hammer, and we have to go underground so far that progress virtually stops, I'm not seeing the need to stock up on hardware.

Now nicotine juice... that's another story. I think that could go away with the stroke of a pen.

It's way too early to take a "sky is falling" attitude. It is appropriate to think that the sky *may* fall.

This needs to shake out more.

I mean no disrespect, but from over here (Europe) this whole thing looks like you guys are preparing for a nuclear post war period lol. Are things that bad over in the US? I mean over here your country is refferred to as "the country of all possibilities" although reading all this doesn't quite give me the same idea.

Oh, it is the country of all possibilities. That is until someone acts on that possibility and forgets to make sure all the idiots who don't do anything get their tax money. They also forgot that said particular possibility stands to cut a very very large source of income from big tobacco. Anything is possible in America, but it always comes with a price.

No disrespect taken. Yes, things are this bad. We have dared to find a way out of being their little sin-tax slaves, in addition to having had the audacity to flip the bird to Big pharma and Big tobacco. They cannot have mavericks like us running amok; it might give the other slaves ideas.

wow this is the first I am hearing of this.I think if they do ban it we should all get together and go to the FDA head office and declare a citizens arrest on the claims of abuse of power negligence and fraud.
Then we'll get charged with violating the PATRIOT Act, and shipped off to Gitmo or places unknown as terrorists.

If getting attys from China is hard now, imagine how hard it will be to import juice in prison.
