Are any vapors monogamous?

Kinda sorta. I am brand loyal to my liquid vendor because I like their flavors and because they run some deep discounted sales every so often. Other than that I prefer Kangertech and innokin products for the most part. Oh I also like Tobeco clone drippers as to me they have really good quality for the price.
I'd venture to say that most of us have some products that we really like and tend to stick with them, but are more than willing to try something different. With cigs I'd say that I was 100% brand loyal because of the taste in particular. Now that I don't smoke I try anything and if I like it I usually will repurchase again.

No brand-loyalty with anything ever. Don't really consider finding something I like and sticking with it as brand loyalty. As long as a product is good I will buy it. Once the service or product begins to suck I'm out.
I've only been vaping for a couple of weeks, but I can see myself remaining loyal to BB Casablanca Blend. I am still trying lots of different juices, I joined the Zamplebox community, but I am already on my third order from Backwoods Brew, love the stuff.
I'm loyal to Dekang Watermelon and Banana, and Liqua Berry Mix. Been vaping them since they first came out. I try a lot of things but those are favorites that are cheap and I like over and over.
I am fairly new to all of this but yeah I am kind of monogamous with Nicoticket juice they get most of my business. I did sample a TON of juices (15-20 vendors at least) today at the Vape Summit in Houston but none of them hit for me like NT does. I did buy some juices that I liked, but it was more of a "well I am at a vape show" purchases, I am not sure if I will reorder any but maybe.
The best reply that I can give there is, "Smoking" was a habit, "Vaping" is a hobby, The difference between the two is huge, Where there is "smoke" there's fire, nothing burning here. I will say that I wape exclusively, I do not "smoke" cigarettes, cigars, pipes, nothing at all any more, I just vape.
As far as flavors, I'm into making my own, I tend to prefer fruity flavors, and coffee, and latte flavors. I'm still putting together my flavor collection, so if there are any seasoned mixologists out there that would care to lend a new mixer a hand.. I'd greatly appreciate it.

Even though vaping replaces smoking... it's more like food than a cigarette to me... I have more brand loyalty to beverages than e-liquid...
With that said... I am still buying from some of the same vendors after 4-5 years. Maybe 25-50% of the time.
I'm totally polyamorous with my juices but I've only been vaping a few months. 
One thing I know with juices this good going around I will not go back to smoking. There are so many yummy flavors and vendors so I'm sure i might find "the one" but for now I'm having fun.
I enjoy Five Pawns,The Standard, and Suicide Bunny the most so far. I ordered from Bryce though so I'm really excited to try his juice.

no loyalty here. If I buy something - anything - and it's good, chances are I will buy it again at some point. With tons of stuff available, chances are the next best item or vendor may in your cart..
I currently stick to one flavor by rsq vapors, but I am getting some new liquids by VapeWild to try out. When I started vaping I was into the fancy expensive juices but I don't really want to spend $1 ml anymore.
I'm slowly but surely transitioning to only vaping liquid from a single juice maker. It hasn't really been a conscious decision - it's just kind of happening. I find myself only vaping and buying juice from one maker while my myriad of other juices sit idly by in the juice cabinet, unloved. On one hand, my vape experience is fantastic - on the other, it's damn expensive... especially since I'm usually dripping at high power levels. But, I can afford it so I'm not going to lose too much sleep.
I'll likely still try other stuff going forward but not a regular basis.
