I suppose the real answer is that nobody knows for certain, as vaping hasn't been around long enough for long term studies. However we all know one of the ingredients is used in asthma inhalers and I'm pretty sure they're deemed safe. I'm going along the route that it's worse for you than not vaping, but much better for you than smoking.

I like this part:

"During National Non-Smoking Week in January, the Canadian Lung Association said it encourages people to quit smoking using scientifically proven methods such as nicotine replacement patches and gums. "

Let me fix that for you:

"...the Canadian Lung Association said it encourages people to quit smoking using scientifically 'proven not to work' methods such as nicotine replacement patches and gums."

How about "...quit smoking using methods scientifically proven to work 5-6% of the time..."

(Does somebody who suicides on Chantix count as "having quit"?)
