are E ciggies safe?

From what I understand there is not any research yet... which would make sense because e cigarettes are new. When cigarettes were new no one knew how bad they were for you. I just figure it's not going to be any worse than cigarettes and likely are much better for you. You also get the option to step down your nicotine and in the long run will be saving money. Anything has to be better than stinky cigarettes.

And stop driving cars in heavy traffic.

Oof. Seriously.

I'm outside Austin (so I can have a tree). Close but not actually in the city proper. And there's this highway into town where, given the way people drive, I'm not sure but I suspect smoking is safer than driving that highway.

I barely missed witnessing a doozy of a wreck that left massive, 18 wheeler skid marks all over the place and a nice hole in the trees at the side of the road where he went crashing through. Some bright local decided to make a U-turn in a 60mph zone on one side of this thing we call "a hill". He won't be making U-turns anymore. Neither will several other people. I'm not sure the driver of the 18 wheeler made it either.

I gotta go to the grocery store and that's the highway I have to take to get to it.

I'm scared.

(Seriously, for a quiet, semi-rural, semi-suburb of a place that's otherwise quite nice, the drivers are lunatics. I felt safer when I lived in LA. Hell, I've driven in Tijuana and felt safer!)
