Thanks so much for sending a tracking number for my order. I wish the status would actually be CORRECT, but that's not BWB's problem! The tracker said I would have my package yesterday. It never arrived. I called the PO and they said they were sure I'd have it today. Still nothing. Called back and they said 'probably tomorrow' again. :mad: I'm so disappointed, and I'm really started to think they lost my package! I've been so excited to try these new juices and every day is a let-down! Amazing how easily something 'petty' like this can put a damper on your day. Anyway, it's a good thing BWB sends out tracking info, otherwise, I'd think their shipping was way slow.

Seriously! If I had known in time, I would have made a special trip to the PO! But they didn't update the status online until about 6 hours after they marked as undeliverable, and I imagine it's already on it's way back to BWB. I'm calling them (yet again...LOL) tomorrow to check and see if it's not too late. I've purchased other juice I WISH would have gotten lost in the mail, but his selection has pretty much every flavor I've ever wanted to try and I can't wait! (Patience is not my virtue...LOL)

Thats odd. If you put it in right, it was packaged right, as Dons software directly prints the labels. Sounds like the PO is having issues. Id definitely try calling them again tomorrow but I doubt it will help. You should shoot Don a email but be aware it might be several days before he responds as hes dealing with a family emergency atm.
