*lol* I have always had problems with sleeping, drives girlfriends crazy. Posting on forums or just surfing the net is less noisy than watching a movie/tv.

That's one of the things I like about the net. I'm in Ohio, someone else I am talking to might be on the west coast, another person in Queensland and someone else in South Africa.

I know when I was working 3rd shift and was playing some MMOs I would tend to use non-US servers cause they were usually dead by the time I got home and dead at the times I'd be awake on my days off.

I wonder......will the powder dilute in PG?????????

Caffeine and Nicotine have almost the same effects.

They're both diuretics
They both keep you awake (nicotine not so much)

etc.

If you want to stay up light just vape higher mg nic. :p :vapor:

I also hope to be part of the night crew as I am a rampant insomniac. :p

so I think you must have meant that Caffeine & Nicotine are both STIMULANTS ....not diuretics ,caffeine is a diuretic but NIC is NOT.

and I have seen several company's that sell e-juice with the option of added caffeine,
now whether it does anything or NOT or is safe to use ...I don't know ?

I do know that higher NIC, late in the day WILL keep you up tho  I live there

Yes, there are quite a few night owls here. One factor may be the older ex-smokers who are retired or semi-retired (like myself). Us folks have a lot of motivation to quit cigarettes.

However, I have always been a night owl. I've always done better with six hours of sleep. I also post on a number of different forums on different subjects.

I had a hard time quitting cigarettes while I worked as a professional. I had to be at work at 6 every morning. I was reluctant yo quit cold turkey while I worked. I didn't want to be an ogre for my co-workers, I didn't want to work with a nicotine-starved mind and I didn't want to ruin my rare vacations with nicotine withdrawals.

I'm still sleeping great using 24mg juice. I just taper off during the evening hours as rack time approaches, just as I did with cigarettes. The metabolic half-life of nicotine is about two hours. That is, you need two hours without additional nicotine to bring your nicotine blood level down 50%. So it's best to slow down on the nicotine during the hours before hitting the rack.

I suspect that a lot of new vapers are getting more nicotine with vaping than they did with smoking. That's because there are other addictive substances in cigarette smoke besides nicotine. They take in more nicotine in an attempt to quell that craving. It didn't work for me. Go several days with no cigarettes and that stage will pass.

I can taste nicotine. It has a slight peppery taste in the mouth that I can feel on the tongue and on the inside of my cheeks. When I feel that I stop vaping until I feel the need for another nicotine hit. For me that's about 30-45 minutes later. It's one way to maintain low level nicotine: which has the greatest stimulant effect. Strangely enough at high levels nicotine acts as a depressant.
