Are Reo Mini & Grand thirsty e liquid mods?

I am waiting to see if some new mini's become available, in the mean time I am using a Provari with atty's, carto's and recently some "Buds"

Atty and Carto's seem normal but the Buds are very thirsty little blighters!

Do Reo's run thirsty or just normal?

Since I don't use any other mods, I would only be guessing. I think it may largely depend upon one's vaping style. Some folks run their atties on the dry side, whereas I like to keep mine super wet (just under flooded). But I only vape about 3mls a day on average and it seems like I vape a lot. There are others who vape 6-10mls a day or more. I'm sorry I didn't answer your question

Before I got my Grand, I vaped ~6ml a day. Since I got my Grand, I'm a little less - sometimes not even 5. So, in my experience, I'd have to say no - not thirsty at all.

Now, there might be a slight increase in use when you first get it, while you're refining your squonkin' skills, but once you've settled in and it becomes routine, I'd bet you'll use less juice than you did before.

It really depends on the atty or carto you put on top of them.

Its pretty much the same as dripping on them ...... except .......
You will find it so much easier that you will vape more than you did before.

So the REOs are not really "thirsty" mods but they will make you a thirsty vaper

^^Totally agree with this post. LR, HR, and DC will use a LOT more liquid then SR due to heat that is created when vaping.

I don't know about everyone else, but I vape a ton now. My reo demands I vape it....and I submit. If I put it down, I can just *feel* it glaring at me. They aren't juice hogs. They're attention whores.

previously i am using provari with 5ml arry tank and i notice i took abt 4ml for a day of vaping but after switching to reo mini with 306 LR atty and i found out i only used up 3ml for 1 and half day of vaping so i would still say reo are not such a good drinker!

I noticed it all depends on the type of juice I use...
If I use thinner, lighter juices...it doesn't go as quick as the darker juices do.

Well there seems to be a consensus that Reo mods are easy on the e juice....

I am hitting about 10ml's a day on a 50/50 PG/VG really heavy menthol mix with a 1.5ml Bud 3.0 ohm atty at 5.0 volts on a Provari, I guess at 3.7 volts and a 2.0 ohm atty it might be less?

On a Reo Mini with quality LR 510's or 306's it guess that they are vap monsters?

What is your recommended setup?

I wonder what the 18490 Metal's are going to be? Is the size going to be 1/2 way between the Mini and the Grand? The extra battery life does appeal to me!

Anyways, your right. The 18490's will be slightly bigger then the mini's with much better battery life.

Will they have VV as well?

It would make sense as the rest of the range is getting this treatment and the market seems to be certainly going fast in this direction!

I hope that the 18490 metals get a more substantial magnet job on the doors.....I would certain pay more for a more secure system.

If its a new design job for these with a new mid sized model its a great time to do the upgrade!

The metal 18490s will not make their debut until 2012. The intent is also to do a VV metal 18490, but there is not estimate yet on when that will come to pass.

Well I figured out what the reducer tube was for. Had some juice that I rotated for the first time and taking a vape (without squonking) made it feed where I had to take a syringe to syphon out what ended up in the catch cup. That made for a thirsty mod. But thought-out already by the reducer tube.
